The biggest project the Birdogie Channel has ever seen. Ranking EVERY single Innova disc EVER made. Pretty much at least Thanks guys for 2000 subscribers! I appreciate all of you for supporting okay now time to go back to being a jerk
Yeah a lot of love but nothing really to say about it I guess. Must have been an editing error cuz that disc is perfect for normal noodle arms like me. Only disc I can get to go over 400
My old champion beast was how I learned to throw a full flex backhand shot. I would spend hours tossing from goal post to goal post. One day in 2004 I finally threw it through the uprights from the other side and almost off the track. After losing it, no other replacement Beast ever seemed to live up to it.
any archon/vulcan slander should go into the nearest lake your jarn found, them drivers would give you easier s-flight distance than anything made in the last 4 years, and they got cool names. Feel good, play good. If you're not a cat, don't play with jarn. throw cool named stuff cuz they fly better.
Sidewinders are great for anhyzer turns and forehand rollers. Tossed one over 500ft a couple weeks ago. The Lion is great going into headwind without fear of losing a lot of distance or turning it over. Aviar3 is also a decent throwing putter. I use it when I want a straight line for 300ft. But you're right. The robo-raptor Destroyer is the best disc Innova has ever made. I have 3, and I dread the day I lose them.
Feels like it should be a great disc, but it was so terribly inconsistent. I tried with that disc many times just because it fit so perfectly in my hand
If not oop and selling for $30+ mold would be a great choice, a Shark G-Star in higher weights then beginner set at least 168 grams on up are also not a bad choice. Lion was a big mistake as Innova could have kept Shark 3 going for players who like disc has less putter float then a Shark has, and for players who wanted a non Buzz Emac Truth. When I ask online about using a Lion, few are using a Lion and if they are, disc is not odd slick color stamp version but an F2 version in star or a different plastic without said crappy slick stamp.
Did you shit on the Mamba? You ranked it high at least. Great Disc you know if your rando MP60 card mate has a wide open 400 foot shot he's gonna huck his 150 gram star mamba 250 feet with the full S flight, then look at you and say not bad for an old guy huh.
As long as they are not the stupidly no glide old AB molds of player who drank himself out of Disc Golf after getting a second chance on his drinking and racism on Philo Brathwaite. those AB versions get less glide then most Champion Destroyers.
Innova had a "Bulldog" . It was faster than a putter, super beefy in the hand, had no glide whatsoever, and could handle any wind. Absolutely loved that disc for upshots...kinda like a Berg in that it could never...would never fly past the target. Innova...if you're listening...I sure would love a limited run of the bulldog.
I ordered a champ firebird on Amazon and received a champ sidewinder, I kept it became my furthest flying fairway, it’s more like -1/2 for me than -3/1 but it’s so straight and goes so far.
Ha ha, same thing happened to me. Ordered firebird, got a sidewinder. Told me me to keep it and they would send the bird. I got another sidewinder. Let me keep that one too and gave me the refund. Told me not to order another. Lol
I bag 2 Cobras. 1DX, 1 King Cobra. 2 Gators. 1 domey, 1 Gator 3. (Sorry I like over stabe mids) I have 2 Firebirds. 1 is new & flat, 1 is beat up & domey. I also bag 2 Roc3's. One is metal flake, the other is halo. Lastly I bag 2 Corvettes. One is lightweight & beat up. The other is max weight & newer. Tried most of the other discs you mentioned but I'll never bag a polecat, birdie or a sonic.
Thought this was gonna be like a tier list style video but instead it just felt rushed and lame. Figured you were making this video because you had actually felt or thrown all of innova but instead, you just shit on all of innova. Pretty low effort from my perspective
I don't own any Innova trash. Double checks box of discs and finds; star aviar, glow aviar, kc pro animal, 3 XTAnimal, 7 whales. Really memorable discs.
Noer me with Valkyrie and Archon combo where Archon is pronounced Arch-on. I use 170--172 grams in a Star and Glow Champion Valkyrie then use a 166 gram around 10 grams lighter Star Archon. Only 2 reasons I use a 150 Gram Dragon/~145 gram DX Valkyrie is because open max bombers/tailwind open max bombers and water disc, around 145 gram DX Valkyrie are cheap F2 I got on end of summer sale for $4 each on 2 I have. I may get an F2 Dragon now disc is floating again and not coming up 160 grams like in 2022 for all DX Dragon.
The Yeti Aviar is a good disc. It deserved more than "creative name". I tried one when I switched from putting with Darts and Rhynos only, it was a front runner. Beaded for approach putters or for high wind, and beadless for close putts and open spin putts. The Dart is a very specific approach disc, I have drained 80'ers several times. Ol' Pinky, shes a sniper, but only uner the right conditions. The Rhyno is a workhorse, badass approach putter and even a mid, but only when the Zone won't work. Committing to a single putter with just a touch of fade was a great move, I went from an abysmal putter to average. Gateway Warlock for the win!
Where were the Viper, Raven, Fenix, Python, Ram, Piranha, Hammer, Griffin, Gopher, Zephyr, Moray, Puma, etc. Those are just what I can think of off the top of my head. You also missed at least six Classic Whatever discs, and probably 3 more Aviars and 4 more Rocs....
He Missed a bunch of 3 top discs like Eagle 3, Pig 3, TL 3, Teebird 3, and Roc X 3 a new mold Roc. He also missed Panther and Condor, as well as Zepher. Nope was right on missing one modified Roc and 0 Aviar molds I can think of.
So, I have been playing disc golf since 1993, started out with an aviar, roc, cobra and stingray. I found my bag that i still use today around 2001. I have a Revolution Texas team bag with the Phoenix quadstrap, my choice of discs is ,”flying from left to right”. Star Max - shots 300 to 500, headwind stable, great for utility shots, 2 Star Boss- shots from 375 to 500, one stable one beat. Star Sidewinder, 300- 500, anything needing a right turn or severe hyzer filp to flat. Star Gator 200 - 400 hyzer mids left turn dale earndheart, 1xMcBeth chamroc 3, 300-500, dead straight slight right . DX Aviar, 1-300. Short drives to turnovers. And an old Soft Aviar putter.
@@bassinassasin90 that is at the high end of how far I can throw them, I have thrown 600 ft “controlled golf shots with a boss or destroyer, I used to play a lot of golf with Rick Wysocki and Avery Jenkins back before either of them were world champions, I am 48 now and can’t quite reach those distances anymore sadly!
@@DanielDavis-ri7fp yeah I doubt it. Controlled and boss don’t even belong in the same sentence. There is no way you are throwing a mid and an extremely overstable Max 500 feet. I could see 600’ with a destroyer, I’m not sure how controlled your talking but these sound like internet distance to me. Maybe 500’ with a mid down a huge hill / mountain lol
@@bassinassasin90 I understand your hesitation to believe me, I don’t need to argue with you but I don’t cap bro, Wysocki was there when I eagled a par 4 from 450 throwing uphill with my roc, and the old star and champion bosses I throw were very controllable. I have no reason to lie , even Brad Schick who was a much better player than me said I had the purest driving form he had ever seen, I studied karate for 14 years and learned how to transfer power from my form into the throw, by the way my long driving skill didn’t matter much because I am probably the worst putter in the world, lol!
@@bassinassasin90 if you cannot throw a boss an use that to your advantage I can understand why you can’t throw a boss, are you friends with my daughter? Yeah I basically just called you a little sissy boy!
