1) his parents were likely volunteers who needed money, so they sought out Vought, and 2) there would have been no way of knowing he would become strong enough to join the Seven at the time. Purely the way the dice rolled.

I thought the seven was supposed to have have 7 members for the 7 because the 7 is called the 7 for having 7 members but it has more than 7 members which doesn’t make sense because the team is called the 7 not the 15
Jack from Jupiter hasn't been mentioned whatsoever in the canon show so yeah. However you still go the numbers right as you just have to get rid of Jack and add Shockwave instead because he shortly was on the team before getting his head popped in the courthouse.
I don't recall Shockwave ever being on the Seven. Not even for a brief moment. A-train was worried Shockwave would be his replacement, but it never ended up happening. A-train won their race and secured his spot on the Seven. Shockwave never became part of the team.
Jack From Jupiter is mentioned multiple times in the show. Most recently season 4 Finale. You can see Jack being listed as one of the heroes on the screen during a meeting between the seven.
what about nadia i think she's an s tier her powers are rare and she took a laser blast from homelander like it was nothing also hughie's father's power is interesting, also kate appeared in the boys and her powers would be a B-A tier power kimiko is basically immortal and a martial arts expert and she's tough af
I think sage should be higher because of how strong she is not physically but she said she had the cure to cancer but got laughed at so technically she is one of the most strongest people in the world
Did you call sage a "c tier" supe? I mean, she doesnt have laser eyes, but shes definitely the most formidable person in the series. She can literally take anyone down. She just uses her mind instead of some physical force.
@d-dog2329 they introduced her to the series as the smartest human to ever exist by a mile. That alone makes her S tier. Then she has her regeneration ability, and it's just icing on an overkill cake.
While in the bad room, Homelander was told that a run awy was paid to carry him as an embryo, so maybe that runaway was a surrogate, not the actual mother.
