Why would you not be sold on Milroe’s arm? He literally has the best deep ball in the whole country. He also has elite physical tools and should be a first round pick
I don't exactly remember the stat but Brady Cook was #2 in accuracy when a wide receiver had 1 step of separation or more. Combined with a top 10 deep ball accuracy, he is the only returning qb to be top 10 in both those stats. Just saying Brady might be criminally slept on.

Bush Hamden has everything he needs to show how good of an offensive coordinator he can be, and Brock vandergriff literally has everything he needs also to show how good he can be. They have one of the most underrated wide receiver rooms in the league and tight ends as well. Plus they have some unproven, but talented running backs that could be really good. Kentucky might be really good this season.
What was your logic for Dart above Milroe? Milroe literally beat Ole Miss in 2024, beat the #1 team in Georgia (against Beck by the way) and led them to the playoffs. With the same caliber of weapons, I didn't see Dart beat Bama last season. I saw him get destroyed against Georgia but Milroe beat them. Stats aren't everything. Milroe will prove that this year. Leadership, history, athletecism, and arm talent are on Milroe's side - a true winner unlike the others

I think milroe will be king of the hill in the sec kaylin gonna be dialing in up for letting him push the ball down field more and that will open alot of running lanes i think he gets 3300 yds passing and 700 rushing yds 30 total tds minimum
Not trying to be a hater but I just don’t understand the Carson Beck hype train. In my ignorant opinion, he’s just a game manager and doesn’t really bring a whole lot to the table. What am I missing?
He never threw the deep ball… this year he’s way more confident and comfortable plus he has insane WR targets this year. Plus the o line is stacked now.. I truly don’t get the Gator and Billy hate. This coming year is dangerous for these CFB playoff teams that will be coming to the Swamp

With that being said, I’d love DJ to play but I want him to earn the job and not Mertz lose it. All I’m saying is Mertz surprised a lot of people and played well, there are not 9 QBs in the SEC better than him. DJ will probably get some packages for him similar to Leak and Tebow in 06. But I don’t see the reason to throw DJ in there as a starter unless we start the season horrific. DJ is the future, we don’t have to rush him to be the present in a schedule that’s a literal gauntlet.
Hope you can do the other conferences next. Interesting fact, Alabama has produced the fifth most NFL QB's in history, number one (which was a shocker to me), Purdue. Drew Brees, Scott Campbell, Len Dawson, Jim Everett, Jeff George, Bob Griese, Mark Hermann, Kyle Orton, Gary Danielson and Mike Phipps to name a few.

As a Texas fan I just still am not big not on Ewin, he has just simply not played well in the big games. Now in the SEC hopefully he’ll feel like playing like it’s Alabama every game
Keep sleeping on Arnold and OU, I love it! It’s been decades since OU has played with a chip on their shoulder. Just imagine a bunch of the most highly ranked recruits being disrespected. Very easy coaching job this year for everyone to keep focus. But I get it, OU is likely a year away. They need time, how much time they need, is up for debate. Maybe very little, maybe a season.
Best QBs now not end of this season if OU would have kept Dillon Gabriel he would have been ranked 1 or 2 and Oklahoma would’ve been more hyped coming into this season
Carson Beck is criminally overrated because guys who cant shuffle their feet and move dont have a future, especially at the next level. Carson Beck outside of Mertz is easily the least athletic guy on this list. His saving grace is the talent around him. Milroe has to get better 5-15 yards and take less sacks Cook needs a better supporting cast cause the kid is good Dart might set records but Kiffin seems to find a way to enter the Huggies division of anything. Ewers has to stay healthy. Got a great offensive mind behind him but Texas seems to think they are better than everyone and loses games they shouldn't and its panned out well as the last 19 years have shown. I couldnt tell you outside of these guys who id like to lead my team.
I am surprised the Tennessee QB was a bigger recruit than Peyton. Peyton must not have gotten enough hype in high school. I think Arnold moves up, and I think Weigman has to stay healthy before I have any confidence in him. His backup is pretty talented though.
This list should say “ranking the teams in the sec” instead of QBs if you have Mertz at 10th 😂 only reason Mertz is ranked so low is because Florida’s defense sucked. Anyone who watched their offense last year knows it was very good

Mertz being 1 spot above Thorne is not good. I totally get Weigman and Arnold and Iamlavela being highly rated but you can't rank them ahead till they've proven to be better than Mertz. I appreciate you for making these rankings and I'll drop a sub but you are very misinformed about Florida's offense. O line got better. We return the best freshman WR in the country and added Elijah Badger from Arizona State (remember how the last ASU -> Florida WR turned out). Then Mertz's favorite receiver from Wisconsin, Dike comes in and has had a great offseason, plus Mertz being in his SECOND year when QB's make the BIGGEST JUMPS???? 10 just doesn't make sense.
Yes he is. There isn’t something Jaxson Dart can’t do as a QB. Milroe struggles with accuracy on 15-25 yard throws. He also breaks down inside the pocket to easily. I personally love Milroe, but Dart is a fifth year senior in the same system for the third straight year (which is a very QB friendly system), meanwhile Milroe is in a completely new system. Milroe will get there in due time. This is a growing year though.
I can agree with this list. However, you said that this current Tennessee QB is the most highly-rated QB prospect to ever sign with the Vols. Higher rated than Peyton Manning? I remember the recruiting around Manning and it was bonkers.
