Coastal grandmother is a well established aesthetic for sure! I think Grace and Frankie, Diane Keaton, Meryl Streep, etc.

Love this. I just discovered that the actor who played Laura Ingalls on Little House on the Prairie has a new line called Modern Prairie. Maybe that falls under cottagecore. For me I like the comfortable linens and cotton sweaters of the coastal grandma look. And I have the 70's hair of the rockstar girlfriend, lol. This was fun!
