beido and childe should be works too much rarely at home, they are literally pirate and spy. they should be the rarest at home. itto should be good parent shady business, he is literally that. good person and a gang leader.
Childe would definitely be the father that’s super annoying for his kid but all the friends of the kid love him and always ask if he’s coming for the school trips
The characters in "Good parent but shady business" all have this vibe like, if you broke their daughter's heart at prom then you'd end up with your car at the bottom of a lake the next morning. (Hell, if the parent in question is Tartaglia, you might end up at the bottom of that lake too)
Childe : You wake up in your car, tied up and he pushes it off a cliff into the ocean. Lisa : You don't know how but all of your legal papers are now invalid. And your school expels you/your workplace fires you. Yae : 🎶🎶 Lightning doth Strike, Thunder doth Roll🎶🎶 Shenhe : I'm sorry, it's already too late for you. Zhongli : There's a big pillar in the place of your car. And a meteorite "coincidentally" landed on your house. Bonus round. Beidou : You know how to swim? Doesn't matter, you ain't out swimming the sharks! Ei : 🎶🎶Lightning shall Strike, Thunder shall roll on🎶🎶 Or That time Signora got deleted. But you instead. Rosaria : She is a nun. BUTT- Klee and Alice : Kaboom.
Iito would be the dad to show up wearing a princess dress picking his kid up from school because the other kids teases his daughter about wearing her princess dress
Seeing Kaeya in the Left For Milk tier kinda ironic since Kaeya's own biological dad did that to him. I don't think Kaeya would be in that tier, because he experienced it himself. I think Kaeya would be an okay parent, but to me Kaeya seems more like that one cool uncle who would have fun for the shits and giggles and would probably tag along with pranks, considering he is sorta Klee's accomplice
Definitely same category as Childe - they have the same vibe!!! (just being in that other tier was funny lolz) Kaeya such a good uncle to Klee, no way he wouldn't be an amazing dad!! >^
@@Azaleaaah That's always a possibility, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. It does seem like Kaeya cares about Mondstadt and their citizens, considering he's a spy and the last hope of Khaenri'ah, the dad probably hoped for Kaeya to eventually betray Mondstadt. I just think since Mondstadt "changed" Kaeya, he'll probably consider people from Mond to be more of a family than his own dad. So I guess I just theorize that Kaeya would be an okay dad, since his own dad just left him and Mondstadt welcomed him with open arms, you know? I hope I explained that well 🤔
@@madeliefynana I guess I can understand. We do see that he seemed to care about Mondstadt and is enjoying life in Mondstadt. He can be the those 2 categories I suppose
To be honest, Xiao would most definitely commit to caring for his kids. He wouldn’t give too much affection to them, but he’ll protect them. He’ll probably be that one dad who doesn’t talk much and act like he doesn’t care much, but secretly loves his kids so much and would give in to their deepest desires. In short, absolute, 100% tsundere vibes
Childe would definitely teach his children self-defense/how to fight and would be that parent who cheers their kid when they get into a fight. Childe would be like "GET HER JADE! GO FOR THE NECK!"
Nah he got the milk but then right before he opened the door to the house a monster would come and steal the milk and bennett would have to go back to the store to get milk over and over
Inazumans: Almighty Shogun we need your protection and divine wisdom, what do you have in mind for the future of Inazuma? Ei: uhh lemme think about it _(literally locks herself in her room for eternity)_
I have to disagree with Kaeya somehow. I think he'd be the cool dad that kids would actually want to hang around because he'll be telling them his pirate stories (which are 100% lies). You'd never see him fighting with mom because he's so good at reading the room and has his way with words. Mom would complain about the trash not being taken out and he'd be like "honey you didn't even check" and then mom checks and the trash is mysteriously gone. I'm not even a Kaeya simp I don't know why I imagine him this way XD
Yeah I think so too, he treats Klee really well from some things in games that you read/listen too. Kaeya is Klee's accomplice, so kinda safe to see he and Klee like eachother very much. Spoiler, maybe not really about Khaenri'ah???? Considering Kaeya's own dad basically left and never came makes it kinda sad to see he's in that mill dad tier.
Considering one of Albedo’s voice lines is him spending 90% of his energy trying to fix Klee’s mess ups, I feel like he would be a nice parent. He isn’t neglectful of her either and Klee says he’s patient and nice to her. Albedo even thought that he would have plenty of spare time to do personal experiments but instead he has to deal with Klee’s shanigans
Bro I think diluc is the definition of good parent but into shady business he is literally Batman and if we look at Batman sons two out of three of them are dead
I understand your reasoning when it comes to Kaeya but... Seeing that his own father abandoned him i feel like he wouldn't want his child to go through the same situation he did, it's like a traumatic experience for him to sum it up
Damn...I honestly think Kaeyas story is one of the saddest things. Like I'm so intrigued by it and I hope it gets resolved in some way, and not in like a graphic novel or manga or sth. I just want a Diluc and Kaeya reconcile story quest 😭
He's also pretty much the "fun uncle" to Klee already, so it's not like he seems to be bad with kids in general. Klee is also the reason I'd doubt Albedos "barely home" placement - dude spends so much time fixing her messes already, he'd probably have lots of free time with a more chill child.
Low key offended 😂 you put Kaeya in "Left to get milk and never came back" because that's EXACTLY what his own father did to him. I doubt he would ever want to put his own kid through the same shit 😂
Yeah, I thought the same about jean and neither went there. Although ai agree that they may be good moms we at least see jean trying with klee even when she isn't her daughter
Aether and lumine have really tiny differences in personality, the biggest difference known for now it's that aether prefers warm and lumine prefers cold. I know, a really big difference
They’re hot and they’re cold? Just wait until they’re yes and not, in and out, up and down 🤭😳 (Hopefully I’m not so old that no one gets this reference haha)
There's also some stuff with their fighting stances, and certain art There was an art thing where they were trying to knock something down from a tree, Aether was all chill while Lumine looked more annoyed. And with their fighting stances, Aether takes a more defensive pose, while Lumine takes more offensive poses ...Basically I think that if a vending machine fails to give them their snack, Aether gets something else to get it down, or asks a manger. Then Lumine looks left, right, _kicks it-_
Watching him trying to keep his shady dealings childfriendly was both incredibly sweet/endearing and funny as heck. :D Pretty sure he lost a good portion of respect from his underlings that day. (until he beat them up, but details)
But in his hangout we saw that he's good with kids, they loved him, so if Chongyun becomes a parent one day, I think he would focus more on his children than in his exorcism, he's looks like that type of parent to me, but idk, maybe I'm to biased of him to ah xD
@@Apolinea oh yeah, true. His hangout was the first one I did and the hide-and-seek ending was the first one I got, so honestly I completely forgot about it :D But you're right
@@xoderota honestly, I only remember his hangouts because he's my main, so I understand that people forget what character's hangouts are about, don't worry -w- I also got that ending the first time :D
I think Diluc would be a good parent that's into shady business. This Diluc disrespect where people think he's just this shady mean person has to stop. He's actually incredibly kind, and would probably be a protective parent considering his good relationship with his dad 👨
Just unlocked all his character stories and he's the best!!!😤💖Say i never understood Diluc coming off as a meanie, yes a bit rough around the edges, but he helped us w/Stormterror, rly cooperative, and just a big heart w/good intentions but they don't always come across the right way. Diluc admires Crepus so much, and Crepus was a pretty great dad, it would definitely translate into Diluc's parenting!✨
But as she pointed out, you have to dig for that. And if you already don’t like him or aren’t interested you’re not gonna look into his stories. It’s like when before people played the story quest, they thought Childe was just completely murderous, it was only until they looked into him that they realised that. Diluc doesn’t have that. In all the interactions, even his story quest, it’s very much “he’s a cold person”. I’m indifferent to Diluc, don’t like him nor do I completely hate him
@@moraelity I disagree because Diluc has overworld voicelines that show how nice he is. The people who think you have to dig for it clearly haven't gone very far, because quickly after you start playing him you realize he's not that kinda person. Its basically like judging a whole book after reading the first page. Even in the current bartender tales, he's nothing but kind when interacting with him.
@@lightshadow6984 what do you mean by overworld? Like, actually using the character? Most people don’t use him, and probably hate him for the same reasons as qiqi; they lost 50/50 to him on a character they really wanted. The only thing most people know about Diluc is that he helped us in the archon quest, owns a winery and is very stand-off ish. And owned a pet tortoise when he was younger. That’s really all most people will ever see. Same with how people who don’t have Fischl’s stories don’t know that she’s put on a persona and her real name is Amy
@@moraelity that just proves the point even further. People are making these negative assumptions about a character without spending any time understanding them. The reason why this is annoying is because this game has been out for over a year now, so if people still think Diluc is this character they saw day 1 it's just willful ignorance at that point. Someone can't blame a character when it's their own fault for not getting to know them after a year
kaeya would DEFINITELY never do that to his child. he knows what it's like, being left alone like that. he's experienced it himself, twice...thrice if you count diluc too. he seems really fragile and caring at heart, and uses his flirtatious attitude as a defense mechanism. i mean, I do understand that he wouldn't settle down, and he doesn't seem like the person who would WANT a child In the first place, but by some twisted fate if he ends up with one, he'll do his best...he should be the good parent but into shady business. he's always into shady business, befriending enemies and manipulating them into spilling their schemes with alcohol...that isn't all that shady, but I'm sure he's involved in something deeper, too.
Zhongli needs a category of his own titled, "The parent who lectures his kids for hours at a time if they do something wrong." I feel like his kids would start ignoring him LOL. Zhongli would be the type of parent whose kids talk behind his back saying things like,"He's full of bullcrap" or "He talks too much that I start to dose off." I personally like the way he talks in-game because he has wisdom, but that kind of talk would just confuse and bore children. A parent who teaches his kids a lesson could be someone's definition of a perfect parent, but for me I feel like there needs to be mutual respect to call them a perfect parent.
Yeah but when they grow up they’ll start to really respect his wisdom since they’re grown now and realized he’s right about a lot of things. I don’t know why but I feel like Zhongli is the type of grandpa people want to listen to because his stories might actually be pretty interesting, he doesn’t feel like the “YOU YOUNG WHIPPERSNAPPERS ARE ALL STICKED TO CELLPHONES ALL THE TIME, BACK IN MY DAY-“ he’d be like the cool slightly traumatized grandpa that talks about his battle scars and cool life lessons from the battles he went through. I don’t think he’ll be talking all cryptic if he’s talking to his own kids lol
Zhong li probably has enough "wisdom" to not lecture someone if they didn't want to listen to him. Come on, he is certainly not that dumb. So probably he will be wise, respectable and RATIONAL parent after all. He can think, he can lecture, but most certainly he will find the way to connect well to the person he is speaking to.
I think ning would be tries their best but has their slip ups bc in her hangout quest we learn that she often plays with kids and gets super pissed when some people blackmail them
"shenhe would defend her child be sweet and protective to her child when there are bullies. But I still think there is still something on her." Shenhe on night time: *murders the kid that bully her child*
Zhongli and Hu Tao grandfather type relationship between them actually makes me bias to put him on perfect parent category. I see him as a grandfather who always is there for you, tells you stories about everything and teach you the ways of life.
I'd say Yoimiya can be perfect despite the danger of fireworks considering she has a voice line pointing out how kids shouldn't handle explosives (specifically Klee).
Could argue she'd just do the same as Jean. Ganyu is mainly a secretary, she'd have to run off for errands occasionally but she could just bring her kid to work and whenever she needs to run off she has someone babysit for a few hours. That, or she makes significant changes to her lifestyle to try and accommodate a kid. The [I don't know how you spell it] would really miss having Ganyu 24/7, but eh, that's on them for relying too much on her for 2,000 years straight.
If Thoma’s kid became a cosplayer, he would both help them with the whole cosmaking process _and_ cosplay with them. No, you cant change my mind on this
Personally, I would place Ayaka as a perfect parent. She knows and experienced it herself how it feels to be sheltered from commoner life and what it is to bearing a responsibility in such a young age, so she wouldn't do the same to her child. Also she's such a gentle and soft-spoken person As for Kaeya, Ironically his dad leaves him in the comic and he got adopted by diluc's father. Same with Ayaka, he got that bad treatment, knows how it feels, and wouldn't dare to do it to his child
Honestly, Xiao should be in the "tries his best but has slip-ups" category. He is a sweet guy that doesn't show it. He teally cares about loved ones which are few :") but he cares
Nah, he'd be too afraid of his karmic debt to risk raising a child. He'd be like "No, it's better I keep my distance". Definitely see him like, watching the kid grow up and always keeping a watchful eye on him, but he'd 100% leave the child 'for their own good'.
As a Kaeya simp, I was with you on not knowing wether to put him in shady business and left for milk and never came back 😂 I feel like he would be a great older brother or uncle, but him as a dad is a wild card. I think it would depend a lot on the situation, if he genuinely had feelings for the kids other parent, I think he would be a great dad with a hint of shady business, but if he didn’t have feelings for the kids other parent, my man would be outa there faster then Paimon at the mention of food
I'm not sure if he'll fit in the in Left For Milk tier since Kaeya's own dad basically left him to get "grape juice" Don't think Kaeya would want to make the same mistake, since he does seem to care about Mondstadt even though it's his "enemy" nation. But who knows? Maybe he's fit for the Left For Milk tier if you go for the saying "the apple doesn't fall far from a tree"
Personally I think he'd definitely engage with the Kid, but he'd probably vanish for like a week every so often- And probably be more of an uncle than father, so that chaos energy rather than parental It'd have to be Diluc as the _actual_ uncle to be more of a geniune parent lmao-
considering kaeya's dad literally "left to get juice and never came back" i feel like kaeya would try his best to be a better dad i would honestly put him in good parent but in shady business bc that's just him. also he's so good with klee and bennett that i cant think of another place for him
She could end up either changing her life to suit her newfound motherhood or she'd go the Jean route and just bring her kid to work. Unless she's out delivering messages or running errands, she's behind a desk.
Ik the ,,zhongli has no mora‘‘ joke is really set in stone in this fandom. But people also forget that zhongli has a fulltime job😅. He genuinly just forgets his money.
I think with how Zhongli have been shown to have an issue with grasping that his budget isn’t infinite anymore, he would totally spend all of the salary in one or two days on completely random stuff he doesn’t even need.
Although I get the sentiment even with the best pf intentions people still mess up, specially if they have a temper or don't know the best example. I don't know xinyan enough so I don't say it applies to her, she is really cool tho I can't help but liking a guitarrist character and I enjoyed her a lot on laberynt
Raising children is like a financial nuke for like 18+ years every single day, no way Mona would want to be a parent when she's broke from being too devoted to her job ironically enough.
Rosaria and Kaeya had a child but both went to go get milk so now the kid is just with Jean and when the kid asks whos their actual parents Jean just freezes
xiao wouldn't leave to go get milk tbh. he really values his commitments and cares a lot about other ppl, he's the one who asked the ppl at wangshu to look after that ghost girl. i think he'd just be the busy at work parent.
I think Xiao would be the type to leave the child because he feels he’s a danger to them, but still really loves them and makes sure they’re safe from afar
He's the weird, irresponsible older brother who is just around vibing. The wilder and more outgoing kids would love him, the more calm ones would get annoyed (if he didn't corrupt them to begin with) Honestly hard to see him being an actual parent, like you'd either have to go with "oops, got drunk and made a kid" route or really stretch things. That being said, I could see actual parentage actually changing him. He'd start out being really irresponsible, kind of not wanting anything to do with the kid, then going into a "I don't know how anything works" phase, but learn over time while also getting advice from people like, Diluc, Jean, and Zhongli.
Issue with Albedo is, he is technically one of Klee's baby sitters. During the Summer Event he was also the only character involved that knew what Klee's mother was up to and likely knew exactly what was going on but played along as well. So, though I don't think Albedo would be the best parent, he is definitely #1 Uncle Material.
I know these are individual thoughts/perspectives, so I don't mean to suggest anything negative about them! However I'd also like to add on about how I think because of Kaeya's poor history with his childhood and father who'd pretty much abandoned him, I think that would motivate him to do the best to care for and provide for his child. He'd probably want to give him the bright and carefree childhood and affection he himself had never received. ig it's just a matter of perspective though.
2:34 actually that's literally what Beidou does! if you go on her ship in game, you'll find that there's a child on board (his name's Little Yue). if you talk to him, you find out that his parents were crewmates of the Crux who died on a voyage and after they died, Beidou took him in, so yeah, she does actually bring her kids on the ship
I feel like Barbara would have a lot of trouble being firm when the kids are misbehaving. And thus may be pushed around. Plus if she is an idol and does church services, she may be super busy and not home as much as she would like to.
9:34 Hypothetically, if someone were to be the child of both Kaeya and Rosaria, they would be the epitome of "not even my parents showed up at my birth".
For Kazuha, with his wandering samurai theme. I actually see him in between the left to go get milk and works too much and is rarely home tier. I don't see the guy as someone who would put down roots no matter what, even if it is having a kid. He'll make sure to send money and check up on the kid every now and then and if there was an emergency, he'd make his way to the kid as fast as possible but he wont be there much aside from that. I only ever see him settling down when he either gets too old or gets injured badly in his travels.
I would personally place kaeya on good parent but into shady buisness. kaeya is one of the people who takes care of klee while jean and the others are busy, and he's literally the most suspicious character in the game. i feel like he can be a really good dad, though he's mysterious and i can assume he's involved in some shady business
I feel Qiqi (if she were able to grow up and have kids) and Klee are the "left to get milk and never came home" types. Qiqi because she legit forgot (because she's Qiqi, I know thats dark) and Klee because she'd just be doing what her own mom did and is following the example.
@@earendurvoneinzbern7585 yeah, so Klee's "example" is to leaveher kid with a friend and check in once in a while without actually letting anyone notice she is there.
Hmm Kaeya gets along very well with Klee and in some furniture descriptions he's said to tell scary stories to children, so I don't really see him as a neglectful dad. More like a fun but not very responsible one
Can you tell me (other then the furniture desc) where it says the klee and kaeya get along :’D (not questioning you just wondering where i can find this :3)
@@asheeshal7959 Kaeya is one of the people that often babysits Klee and she absolutely adores him. Klee and Kaeya often get up to mischief together, usually Klee does something like fish blasting and Kaeya (tries) to get her out of trouble. Her voiceline about Kaeya goes: "Kaeya is the best! He wrote the Favonius Survival Rulebook for me and he always helps me cover it up when I make a big disaster." Kaeya's voiceline about Klee goes: "Klee. Seems she has failed to elude the Acting Grand Master's investigative skills, despite the pointers I gave her... Haha, I'm kidding, no need to go reporting me or anything." In one of the Chasm quests it's mentioned that both Kaeya and Klee were put into solitary confinement because Klee blew up the Good Hunter, implying that Kaeya was babysitting her when it happened. During the Irodori Festival event, Klee mentioned Kaeya a couple of times - when listing great people, she mentions Kaeya; she later mentions that "Kaeya says that every good story has to have best friends in it"; she also mentions that Albedo paints Kaeya a lot (as well as other things).
I did my own but added "Left child at foster care or up for adoption" and put Mona, Kazuha, and Rosaria hahaha And Kaeya and Diluc are with Tartaglia in Good but does shady business
I think Rosaria would fit the "good parent but into shady business". Because of her past I don't think she would have the heart to left her own child buuuut we know she does the dirty work for the church so yeah, shady business
Kaeya is actually a fun uncle 😂Since Diluc is super busy with the wine industry Kaeya steps in as a babysitter who tells adventure/scary stories to Diluc's kids....then later on cause massive chaos 😂😂😂Next Idea:Ranking Genshin Impact Characters as Villains
Honestly you are so so right on Tartaglia-also Lisa… now part of me is deeply curious how a child raised by the two of them would be like. Both are good parents, but also the underlying current of “clearly off with mild paranoia” would abound. Like yes, you have food and affection, and support, but no shortage of risk (doubled even because now there’s people made angry on both sides).
Gonna have to hard disagree on Zhongli. He *has* a kid. Xiao. Look how he turned out. Despite Zhongli seeming super responsible on the surface, he belongs in the "left for milk and never came home" category for sure.
Except Xiao isn't his child and was already an adult when Zhongli freed him lol. But I do agree that he'd just leave for milk, and maybe come back 20 years later to talk to the kid (but never mentioning he was the father).
I feel like Venti would be mistaken for an older brother because he looks like a teenager, but leaving to get milk and never coming back is very accurate
Personally, I would put Xiao in the “works too much, rarely home.” It’s not that he isn’t caring or neglectful of responsibilities. Mostly he cares so much about others and doesn’t want to harm them like he knows his job and condition would so he keeps people at arms length. He’s also incredibly committed to his job so I could see him using it as an excuse. Remember though, he always comes to the aid of those he cares about when they call for him. He is dedicated and caring; it’s just that he doesn’t always know how to do that in a healthy way.
I really genuinely feel like Thoma would have Saturday as a clean day like mop the floors put away all the stuff on the floor into the right places, stuff like that
Diluc will definitely be the parent like his father was or at least strive to be better than. and Kaeya would never leave his kid like his own father did.
I can see Ganyu more in the works too much category than Ninnguang. She’s sweet and all but I feel like she’d subconsciously put her work before her child because of past habits. As for Ninnguang I think she would rather teach the child the importance of money and stuff so that she passes on the baton to them or something.
For Ayaka, I believe she’d try to give her child as much freedom as she could, knowing how much she wished she had freedom to do what she wanted. She’d still have slip ups of course due to having one or no parents growing up. For Mona, more like can’t provide for her child. xD For Yoimiya, her family has generations of firework experience, so I doubt it would be too much of a hazard for her kids considering how experienced they are. For Zhongli, all his money comes from the Funeral Parlor or Childe’s wallet. xD
i’d switch ganyu and yanfei bc of their view of work life balance, i also feel like yanfei is a much better communicator and more emotionally available
Ik we haven't even seen Varka yet but he's the dad that left for milk and never came back and dumped everything on Jean and Rhinedottir also left and gave her kid to Alice and then Alice also left and gave both her kids to Jean
I would put Ganyu into "works too much, rarely home" category cuz she's secretary in Liyue and during her story quest it was said she did a work 3 secretaries.
