Though her win loss record might be poor against those top players she has beaten all of the top players and also those Chinese player. She was injured as well now she is aged.She was in the era where Chinese rule WS. Wang yihan and wang shixian retired very early and li xuruie took long gap. Those days were even more competitive than today. No doubt tty is a great player but now there is no much players to compete against her.

Can i say wang shixian is better than saina? cuz wang shixian ranked 1 for 33 weeks while saina only 14 weeks even though saina's journey is much longer than wang shixian.
Hmmm...... i think li xuerui is better than saina cuz li xuerui ranked 1 for 2.5 years. She was also gold olympic medalist. Wang shixian is even still much better than saina cuz she ranked 1 for 33 weeks. Saina barely reached top 1 after 2015. Beside that she has lost her top form after 2021. That's why she didn't enter top 10 anymore since the end of 2019

In spain badminton didn't even a thing even in 1992 in olympic barcelona Spain rejected badminton being compete in olympic because they don't have badminton court but marin could made it into top one is just pure class

@Harsh Bardhan I guess their WD now quite good, but still they need to be more consistent and practice hard. Some countries like south Korean, Thailand, China, Japan..they really have a good player in women's sector. They need to learn to not giving up and have to be more patience and also tenacious
