An updated cream blush video would be great! or foundations or setting sprays/mists. Your videos are always a great reference for trying out new products!!
so happy to watch this!! You’re the only person I’ve found who feels the same way I do about blush 💕💛would love to see cream blushes too! honestly you’re collection isn’t even as out of control as I expected it to be!!!
Awww your husband just bought you a mother's day gift card. I'm so happy for you. 💛 As someone who doesn't want kids personally, I'm amazed at how much second hand happiness I got from your happiness in the video where you talked about it. Sending you all the good vibes!
Blush fam for life. Also, I know I previously saw a comment about this but just want to say I would support any Nordic child running through the fjords merch
The more you talk about Patrick Ta, the more I'm convinced I need his blushes in my life. I'm actually good with my makeup right now as I've always kept my collection practical and condensed, but I only have two powder blushes that are both mauve/magenta hhhhh I deff need more variety. Would love to see a powder bronzer version of this video 💖💖 Thanks for uploading, you're absolutely my fave and I can only replay your entire channel a few times 😅😅😘😘
You should definitely do a follow up with cream blushes! I always appreciate your opinion and perspective - especially concerning my makeup fave of blush :)
My obsession with blush is slowly starting to overtake my lifelong tendency to hoard nude lip products... thanks for allowing me into this support group 😬👋🏼 lol
Lovely video hun! I didn’t own any powder blushes and have been using lipsticks as my blush for years but have seen your rave reviews of the hourglass blush palette, and decided to purchase it! I'm very lucky that it’s still available on the Uk site. I’m so excited for it to arrive! I’d love to see one of these videos for cream blush too, and maybe one for eyeshadows too (sorry, I know I said something similar on the last video but I trust all of your recommendations and am trying to decide which eyeshadows I want to get). I appreciate you and your uploads so much recently, I’ve had a rough week as my dog has passed away but seeing your videos and Instagram really help to lighten up my day, take my mind off of things and you just seem so genuinely lovely. Thank you for doing what you do! ❤️
Sidney Simpson I’m so sorry for the loss of your dog. I really feel for you. It’s so so hard ordinarily but especially with these circumstances. Sending love to you across the internet.
Blush!!! Loved this! As a makeup newb, I love hearing your insights about formula, application order, etc. I know that "how to apply makeup" is not what your channel is about, but I actually appreciate your insights more because they're casual and don't come from a Makeup Dogma perspective. I would enjoy a couple of application videos if you are ever in the mood.
I’d love an updated cream blush roundup! I have 8 powder blushes and 6 were purchased off your recommendations... I have zero regrets lol I purchased different colors for some, so yeah you nailed it. The formulas really stand out. That bare minerals one is sooo good it’s such a strange formula! I purchased buff it’s such a gorgeous brown blush for my skin tone!
I know what you mean about wearing corals in fall/winter -- my favorite fall/winter blush is Alima Pure's "Freja" blush, which is corally and perfect. I thought I'd use it more in the summer, but it gives me nice warmth in the chillier months.
I want more shades in the Patrick Ta blushes, I don’t feel like he’s come out with MY shade yet, but I really want to try them! Sheer blush is right up my alley! I’d love to see bronzers from him, too
Yay! I am so happy I just puchased Patrick Ta blush yesterday (as the eyebrow tinted wax came back in stock) and I picked up the one you rave about as well as she's sincere! I agree, I love tossing those kind of colors and formulas all over the nooks and crannys of my face too LOL!
Would love a follow up with cream blushes since there have been a lot of new ones since the last one - Salt New York, Tower 28, Fenty, Westman Atelier, etc. so it would be interesting to see how those new ones compare/which ones you love now!
Girl, I've been right here with you from the beginning-blush is my thang 😍 I don't have any of these exact blushes though-and I have probably over 60??! Idk how that's possible lol I do like the Bare Minerals Bounce and Blur Blushes (mine is mauve sunrise)- they have such a nice formula!
I would love to see cream blushes! I am so overloaded with blushes because they have been my thing for quite some time. Really think I’m going to have to pull the trigger on Patrick Ta though!
I love the work that you do, Kackie! I wonder if you'd be interested in doing a roundup of powder blushes without talc. So many of the brands featured in this video aren't truly "clean" or nontoxic because one of the main ingredients is unfortunately talc powder.
Would love for you to review the new Lawless powder blush(es)! Side note: I also have the red dot problem the old kosas gave you (currently using Bareminerals gen nude blushes... which, turns out, has Carmine!) were you able to determine that it was carmine soley that was giving you the dots? Trying to narrow down EVERYTHING in my skin care/ make up and this is the closest I’ve gotten. Thank you for all you do!
Would love to see an ongoing series with all your faves like cream blushes and loose powders. Granted you already do a fantastic job giving us real time updates on what your favorites are throughout your videos. One thing I’m curious about is how all of your favorite loose powders compare with each other (specifically the Hourglass and Thrive). Separate thought - Im also working on panning a lot of the products I’ve collected over the past year and noticed the majority of the thrive powder products have a PAO of 12 months. When you declutter do you follow PAO to the precise month or do you have factors you consider? I don’t want to throw out my thrive loose powder but it’s way past the expired date. 😭😭 Am I making sense? Does anyone else have thoughts?
Christina Bugielski I think a lot of companies use that as a guideline and to save their own butts? Not saying the dates don’t have truth to them, but especially with loose powders, they can last a long time because it’s more sanitary and dry! And if you’re not a makeup artist, I think going by smell and feel and performance (within reason) is responsible. It’s also a lot of waste and a lot of money to replace within 12 to 6 months if you have even a small collection! It’s just takes a long time to go through makeup, even if used regularly. I’m not sure if it’s just me, but for a makeup lover with a smallish collection I recognize how even my stash can get neglected. There’s just no way! What are your thoughts? 💗
I usually agree with you on products- I got the aether palette and the kosas papaya 1972 because of you and love them both. I’m so surprised that the CoverFX blushes don’t work for you. I have 4 of them (including the dark mulberry color) and use them all the time. And I just added that Patrick Ta blush to my Sephora cart...
The lighter shades of the Jouer are beautiful, very buildable and blendible. Same with their bronzers. Adore Me/Hold Me is 💯. I hate pigmented blushes, these aren’t.
Should we have an initiation ceremony into the blush fam? Should they prove their blush loyalty? Too far? Quarantine brain talking? But I will say, I LOVE when you also recommend specific shades because I literally have the same exact skintone as you. It's actually mega convenient because whenever I go to purchase, I can just say, "Well, Kackie was shade 2 so I'm shade 2." 😂 or "She bought the berry, so it should work." HA!
Do you know any blushes with a similar color to the saint cosmetics one? Looks like the kind of blush that wouldn’t make my olive skin look like I’ve just run a marathon in 115 degree heat lol
Oh whoops! Everything is blending together these days. 🤪 I don’t know what you think of the brand but I’d be curious what you thought if you ever try them!
