1. Everyone was afraid of Chaeyoung back in Sixteen and the only one who could bring her to minor was Jihyo, someone with 10 years of training and even she thought she was going to lose 2. JYP really didn't like getting Momo out, he knew she was special and i'm always gonna be grateful that he and the other trainers gave her not only the chance but also her well deserved position in Twice 3. Reminder that Mina was a tarinee for ONLY 1 YEAR 4. JYP ALWAYS loved Dahyun , since the beginning, her charms completely cautivated him, i'm pretty sure he knew she was going to debut as he said, singing and dancing can be practiced but charisma is something that no one can teach

JIHYO, CHAEYEONG & JEONGYEON had such strong presence in SIXTEEN. And now look at then in twice, other than jihyo the other two barely have chances to showcase their talents:(

I have mixed feelings about watching sixteen. Like this is so upsetting to watch... look at the potential of the twice members back then. They were fully able to pull off diverse concepts, sing and rap well as trainees. Although I think the early cute concept helped boost them into popularity I can't help but feel bitter that we're missing out on the lower-range songs twice could comfortably thrive in.

JYP has blood on his hands. 1. Chaeyoung was the star of the show. She wrote her own bars & rapped like nobody’s business. Nowadays not only she can’t showcase her writing skills, they don’t even utilise her as a rapper. 2. Momo can sing. Albeit not as well as the likes of Jihyo, Jeongyeon & Nayeon, she was actually confident enough to sing live. Due to constant out of range lines assigned to her by JYP, now she’s so insecure with her voice. 3. Apart from Tzuyu, none of the members have significantly improved their vocals since debuting. That’s not their fault. It’s on JYPE. They don’t provide adequate training for vocals. Plus the obsessive need to produce high pitch, out of range songs put the dent on their live performance. And now, it’s affecting their confidence to perform.

I think We all loved Jeongyeon's performance at SIXTEEN. She put all her best into it, and JYP can see it in her eyes that she enjoys performing and didn't look nervous, she was just relaxed. She sang really well and wasn't catching her breath. Jeongyeon hit those Highnotes easily. She also looked strong and competitive here. Her voice really shined. And now she's part of TWICE as one of the vocal lines of the group

mina and chaeyoung constantly stood out for me, specially when they had solo performances. the confidence chaeng always showed really made her look more prepared than the others, specially considering she was like 16. mina was always very perfect with every move and she just always had/has a very stable voice performance. these two are gems.

The Chaeyoung, Jiwon and Momo performance was just gold, Jiwon is the main vocal in the grouo she’s currently in and damn she’s amazing.

Chaeyoung was the ace of Sixteen, she was unbeatable. I think that's why she has started powerful in dance, but stopped giving her best mid show (even JYP blamed her for it). I think the show was so easy for her that she decided to be less op.

I feel like Chaeyoung is the Heechul of Twice. Can do everything really really well, but is always underestimated when compared to the other members.

Jihyo was Always shinning in every performance she does. Jihyo and Chaeyoung are the perfect definition of “monsters” in their sixteen era!

It's funny to see people saying chaeyoung is an average rapper when she writes her own lyrics, that's the talent of a "RAPPER" not just an 'IDOL' rapper who just raps. Rapper tends to write lyrics so they can practice it, rhymes and beats, it's hard to execute words in every beat with exact flow there. The reason why they write it, because of their pride as a rapper and they need to practice it too, that's why rapper who writes their own lyrics has a great flow why? First of all when you write rap verse you need to write it as a poem, after that you need to measure it and also chaeyoung's rap has a rhyme which is a little bit hard to write cause sometimes the syllables consume the spaces in lines, second they need to practice it with a beat so you can't say rapper who writes lyrics doesn't have a good flow cause they rap it again and again until they perfect it into the beat, when they off beat they remove the words that seems off and replace it with a new one with exact or same meaning, Third after they practice it with the beat(flow,cadency), they are ready to spit fires, and every rapper has charisma. So if you think chaeyoung is an average rapper make sure you can write poetry with rhymes, not just a free verse, second you need to put your poem in the beat and let your words flow with it, and make sure you write a lyrics connected to the whole song. That just a 1/4 of their works as a rapper there's more than that. If you can't do the 1/4 of rapper's talent you can't judge them without knowledge in rapping.

Cheayeon rank no.1 for me during entire sixteen show. Stable and talented. It’s a shame that jyp din let her shine in twice after they debut. She’s like one of the least popular member in the group now.

I only watched Sixteen 3 years after its broadcast because I got interested in Nayeon. After watching sixteen, Jeongyeon became my ultimate bias in kpop.
