@@SarCastic-e8y I'm not from aklan, you assume too much. Though I did have a property in boracay previously (from a cebu-based developer). I still have investments in other parts of western visayas though (bacolod/iloilo), as well as cebu Poverty incidence and HDI are the most important parameters, bec they show the actual economic well-being of the general population. Gini coefficient too, to see if wealth is well-distributed or not

Isabela Provincial Capitol has a unique architecture among provincial capitols . The old capitol looks like the classical buildings in the list but it is now converted as provincial museum.
It was built in the early 90’s and was completed prior to the Palarong Pambansa 1993 which Isabela hosted. It was built during the administration of Former President Fidel V. Ramos.
What is being rated...the building only? I thought it would be rating the town or city where the capitol was. What a waste of 14 minutes! All I saw were 82 needlessly ornate buildings and no explanation of why we are looking at them.
There are beautiful capitols with unique design such as Zamboanga Sibugay which got low ranking. Majority have similar stereotype design. Anyway its the taste of the content creator.

Paano po ba ginawa ang ranking? Just asking. Kasi kung architectural lang naman, yung Tawi-Tawi, Maguindanao del Sur, Sulu at marami ay dapat nasa Top 10 or Top 20 man lang sana.

Sana huwag naman magtampo ang medyo nasa huli kasi ganon talaga ang paligsahan may nangunguna at may nshuhuli.Hindi naman pwedeng nasa una lahat.Napili siguro ang aklan negros occ pangasinan leyte at sultan kudarat dahil sa kanilang features both in their architectural concept or design and of course to their relevancy sa era or sa trend ngayon ng contemporary taste ng mga pinoy.

Ang laki ng province namin, and pinaka well funded sa buong Bicol- camarines Sur. Pero ang panget ng capitol namin. Walng ginawa mga Villafuerte kund magpayaman..May bago kami capitol ginagawa, mukhang event hall ng ms. universe. Yung original na capitol ng Cmamarin Sur neo-classic, now mukhang utot.
hindi yata marunong mag ranking yung gumawa nito. Pangasinan has the best preserved Capitol in the Country. Paano ring ang Kapitolyo ng Misamis Oriental, Tawi-Tawi, at Sulu ay hindi nakapasok sa Top 20? haha idk
TagaIfugao ako pero di ko gusto ang aming Kapitolyo. However, may ginagawang mas malaking building sa likod na limang palapag at may carparks sa top floor. May elevators na rin which will be the second building here in Ifugao na may elevator pangalawa sa bagong gawang Ifugao General Hospital. Maliit kasi ang espasyo ng compound ng Kapitolyo namin pero at least may breathing space dahil harap mismo ang public plaza na ngayon ay inaayos rin to accommodate a small people's park.

My choice are not in their ranking but because they are rated sccorfing to my state of taste on their archetectural concepts znd these are located in lengayen antipolo maguindanao tarlac bacolod tacloban kalibo and vigan.

Actually taga Agusan del Norte ako pero sa personal hindi ganyan ka ganda ang capitol namin . Nasa 23 pa🤣🤣 akala ko nasa 70 above😂😂😂 ang pangit dyan masikip sa harapan😂😂😂 ilaw lang siguro nag dala sa picture na yan😂
