What have I done?

I think Anakin, Luke, and Ben all have roughly equal potential, but Luke was the one who spent the longest as a light side user to refine and develop said potential.

Idk if Ahsoka, Cere, Rey and Ben are really stronger than people like Windu. Rey and Ben have the potential and the raw power, but I don’t think they have the skill, technique, and control. I think that all of the 4 I mentioned are in the top 10, but they are higher than I would put them.

I think a lot of Star Wars fans need to realize is just because you don’t like a character does not mean they’re not strong i love Plo and and Rahm Kota but i know that they would be a smudge on the floor if they were to face anyone in this list even the ones i dislike

This was a great top 10 video. I appreciated your efforts to include the High Republic and back up all your claims with actual source material. There were definitely some spicy takes on this list, but overall, I agree with most of it. My biggest dissagrements are with your placement of Cere and Ahsoka. Windu and Yoda both dueled Palpatine and came out on top, neither Cere nor Ashoka accomplished that feat. Ashoka barely held off the Emperor in the World between Worlds, and if Filoni was saying that Ashoka was more powerful than Yoda during Rebels, that was probably only due to Yoda's extreme age. Unless the Ashoka show says otherwise peak Yoda is clearly more powerful than Ashoka. We never got to see Mace Windu fight Vader, but there is no reason he wouldn't have done just as well, if not better, than Cere. My take on the Cere vs Vader duel is that Vader spent most of the duel not fully trying, but then when he stopped playing with Cere, she never stood a chance. I don't think she actually came that close to beating him. Also, if you are going to put her so high on the list for "almost" killing Vader then you have to include Kirak Infil'a who absolutely wrecked Vader's face. Sure Vader wasn't as strong at the time (and didn't even have a lightsaber,) but the comics showed him to be completely outclassed by Master Infil'a. Vader was only able to kill him by making Infil'a choose between trying to save innocents or defend himself. Aside from the duel with Vader, Cere really doesn't have other feats that put her on par with the others on the list. I personally don't think she would make my list for (The 10 Most Powerful Jedi of All Time), but otherwise, I think there is a good argument for everyone else to be on the list (even if I might re-arrange it) and you definitely got the #1 spot right (which is the most important one anyway) so good job. This might be a fun video to update in the future as more canon content is released. I will watch it.

Nice list I agree with basically every spot on the list and I just want to say thank you for finally actually acknowledging Luke’s strength as the equal in everything to Anakin in potential as nobody ever even mentions that when talking about Luke and just say he’s weak because Vader was holding back and conflicted but to be fair look didn’t want to kill his father in that duel but anyways people are like he’s weak because he’s weaker than he is in Legends.

Ben Solo finally getting the respect he deserves…man’s been disrespected for years now, even though he’s got some of the most rock solid scaling in all of canon.

Id have said theres a possiblilty for Kenobi to be in here. His feats are so impressive when it comes to duelling that he could have squeezed on there. Including guiding the most powerful jedi ever in Luke too.

So often in the fandom those characters (Ben and Rey especially) are downplayed just because, when in reality they're extremely powerful. Also love the fact you included High Republic stuff, as a big fan of the High Republic its nice to see it brought up in a video. You just earnt a subscriber

What music is used in the Anakin section of the video?

I think I only disagree with where Mace and Yoda are on the list. Cere Junda might have almost defeated Vader, it doesn't mean that Mace couldn't have beat him. Mace defeated Palpatine who was even at that time much stronger than Vader. I do like that you pointed out that Mace could use the dark side of the force against Palpatine so it doesn't necessarily mean that he could beat someone like Yoda who doesn't use the dark side. Since Mace did beat Palpatine, pretty much on his own since the others died almost immediately, I think he should be above Rey and Ben since they both needed to be there to beat Palpatine, who also might not have been at his peak power at that point with being previously thrown into a death star beam. Yoda should be above Mace since he, in general, is just a stronger Jedi, as stated in a number of texts. But overall I agree with the rest of your points even if they initially surprised me. Loved the logic on a lot of them.

I love your videos key issues you got me into power scaling. Also please don't pay attention to the people who are being rude they are overestimating and underestimating feats. They also don't seem to understand power scaling at all.

I always wondered how strong was Luke was in the original trilogy compared to other Jedi and sith,like how would he do against maul in the prequels,could he beat dooku or young obi wan,could Luke in ROTJ beat ROTS anakin

In relation to Cere’s fight with Vader may I ask what are your thoughts about people who bring up how if Vader grabs Cere he just tosses her aside instead of stabbing her? Do you take in game taunts like this as canon or only a game mechanic and nothing more?

Very well made video I respect the amount of evidence you acquired to determine who should be on the list just not sure I agree with the order of people. Also I feel like Ahsoka should be lower and Obi Wan should at least be on the list.

A solid list all around mate. The one thing I would have changed wouldn’t be to have removed a character but to have added one. I personally think Loden Greatstorm from the High Republic should have been on this list either at number 10 himself or tied with Avar Kriss for the numerical ranking since they’re so close in power. My main argument for him is the comparison between Loden and Bell’s feat of holding back Lourna Dee’s starship during The Rising Storm novel and Avar’s similar feat in the comics against the same starship. Loden manages to nearly pulls back Dee’s ship despite the fact that he had been being tortured for over a year by the Nihil until the Leveler interfered and killed him while Avar at a normal level of power had failed to replicate the feat. Loden did have his apprentice Bell’s assistance during his showing but I’m not sure how much of an assist that was considering that Bell’s power was dwarfed by his masters. Either way it was a good list and I’m glad to see Jedi of the High Republic at all on these kinds of lists as I don’t see the era get any sort of power scaling. My comment isn’t one of criticism but rather just another idea to add to the list.

I feel like Windu and yoda should be 6 and 5 respectively. While Cere being a match for Vader is impressive Windu was able to actually beat Sidious. And given that Yoda scales higher than Windu due to not being in his prime during clone wars he also likely would’ve been able to beat Sidious in his prime. Ashoka is strong but I don’t see her ever being able to beat Sidious. At the very least I feel like Yoda should rank higher than Ashoka if we’re going by Yoda’s prime.

There are multiple canon statements saying that Palpatine threw his fight with Windu, so I don't think it's as black and white as you made it out to be.

Obi wan should easily be #1. He accomplished several things which greatly contributed to the good guys winning. He beat Vader twice. On Mustafar in 3 & recently in “Kenobi” He gave Luke reason and purpose after letting Vader strike him down the third time they went at it. *obi-wan purposefully looks at him before it happens knowing how powerful this moment will be ***(Obi-wans body literally disappears into the force) He killed Maul Twice. He killed General Grievous. He protected Luke on Tatooine. He protected Leia in “Kenobi” He brought Luke to Yoda. The list goes on and on….

While I disagree with Rey and Ben on here, I'm with you on everyone else, though I probably would have ranked them a bit differently.

Mace and yoda are definitly above cere and ahsoka. Especially Yoda with his 900 year old knowledge. Also Ahsoka should be lower than cere. And don't even get me started on rey palpatine here. Her being higher than any previous jedi is a joke. She should be the one opening that list, not Avar. Oh, and ahsoka for sure hasn't surpassed vader. He didn;t toy with her, that's for sure, and it can be seen in their pretty intense duel that vader constantly has the upper hand over his former student. Ahsoka is able to hit him only because he was concentrating on retrieving the sith holocron from ezra and kanan. And she wasn't able to "briefly battle darth sidious", she was literally fighting for her life while sidious laughed at her. Oh, and reverting back to cere for a bit. Those falling, burning bookcases could and have damaged vader. If you'll play that scene one more time you can hear that vader's respirator sound has changed. The same respirator sound could be heard in ep. 6 after vader was suverely damaged by emperor's lightning.

Ahsokas placement (above Yoda) i do not agree, but great vídeo. Realy well made. And people do not understand Reys power. She is not a good character, but she is a Palpatine and, because of it and the dyad, she is strong.

What about Satele Shawn? From what i remeber it was stated that she was the only Jedi theat neared Grandmaster Luke Skywalker in terms of power.

Anakin Skiwalker 7. Mace Windu 6. Yoda 5. Cere Junda The vedio about her was very impressed and i consider Vader above Yoda so getting close to killing Vader is equal ro killing Yoda 4. Ashoka Tano She fought Vader (that was going for a kill) in later point in the timeline than Cere 3. Rey Skywalker 2. Ben Solo 1. Luke Skywalker 0.5. Rey (all the Jedi) 0. Anakin (Mortis amp)

Why is episode four Obi-Wan Kenobi not on this list😢 he directly skills to Darth Vader so he’s on the same level of Ahsoka and episode six Luke Skywalker.

Obi wan Kenobi is top 10. Sure his raw Force power is mediocre at best, but -thinking about power as in who wins in a 1v1 battle to the death. Kenobi annihilates basically anyone who isn't Top 10. His record of feats is absolutely incredible. He won a 2v1 duel against Savage oppress and Darth maul. Later killed maul in THREE moves Beat Darth vader twice kicked his ass and chopped him up. He outsmarts his opponents with his unrivaled fight iq , he don't need a huge midoclorian count to be considered "powerful" All the feats ahsoka has done kenobi did it better

Very interesting list, never considered Ben that powerful. I had Rey as the strongest because of the amp she got to beat Sidious. But I like the fact Luke is the strongest with Full Potential Anakin who could be the strongest as well.

I think all your explanations are great. My only thought is that multiple times you mentioned Anakin, Mace, and Yoda are argued about which is stronger, yet Yoda doesn't make the list at all. While Mace may have beaten Sidious, though i don't necessarily believe sidious fought Mace 100% as he was a master tactician working to bring Anakin to the Dark, Yoda was also able to go toe to toe with him at over 800 years old. I'm not 100% sure where on the list I'd put him, but i think Yoda deserves a spot, even if only number 10

This list doesn’t make any sense, how can you not include obi wan kenobi? He beat maul as a padawan, he beat grievous plenty of times, and he also killed him (and mace windu himself stated that the only one capable of consistently beating grievous was obi wan). He outsmarted Vader on mustafar cutting off 3 of his limbs, he destroyed him once again in the kenobi series and hold his own before sacrificing himself in their last encounter (and that time, George Lucas said that his force power scale was way higher than Vader’s, in fact he was at the same level as palpatine). He also killed maul, and defeated him and his brother many times in various encounters. He’s the master of soresu, and it’s stated that a master of soresu at his peak is technically unbeatable in a duel. And also last but not least, he’s the master of high ground. He’s canonically unbeatable, arguably one of the most powerful entities in the galaxy (and probably the strongest Jedi ever) when the high ground is involved in the battle

May just be my personal bias against Luke, as I see him as a crybaby who gave up on the Force just because one of his students turned to the dark side, but I don't think he's nearly as powerful as people seem to think. If the original Jedi Order gave up on the Force when their students turned to the dark side, they would've dissolved during the time of Xendor, 20,000+ years before even the prequel movies. Although, I will admit most of my knowledge past the original trilogy is very limited.
