you just unlocked a memory so i HAVE to mention that i owned one of those Madonna books and even better i own (still, i think) one called The English Roses and when i tell you that was one of my favorite books as a kid (kudos to the illustrator tbh). Didn't even know at the time that was the same Madonna I was watching on mtv, I just thought it was a random pen name until many years later... so for personal reasons she would have gotten top tier from me.

I actually recall seeing Madonna's kids book around when I was a kid... it was noughties in Poland. Poland was not exactly the first market businesses expanded to back then, so those books must've been BIG.
