I am of the firm belief that the entire agency was formed just for Rampo and his *not* ability. Everyone else serves as friends/bodyguards who are special like him so he doesn't feel completely alone.

none anime has managed to shock me more than Bungo Stray Dogs when it comes to plot twists, it even beats Death Note
