The outlook for what you’re facing is relative to the person. There are of course studies and trains of thought about relationships but there is also a ton of propaganda. Married people tend to be happier? Yet something like 50% end up in divorce. So they are surveying newly weds or just those that stayed together? Lol For myself, while relationships can be beneficial, I’ve found the romantic dynamic to be largely a distraction and tax on resources. I am content with following my craft. How many famous creators (comics/manga) get remembered for their romantic partners? As far as other social dynamics, maybe turn your content into livestreams to open up the opportunity for live chats and call ins while you’re drawing?
In my experience u gotta meet your friends more often. Spending multiple months straight studying was just torture and demotivated me. Even now my hobbies are really carrying me.
