The top ten and how the manufacturers are doing in the UK is always interesting. I do remember August as a child, spotting the new letter plates. C, D and E registrations stick in my mind. I remember seeing a brand new F plate on a Mark 3 Fiesta, seeing that vehicle and plate for the first time. It seemed like those two events coincided but my memory may be faulty. Thank you, sir!
Oh yes, August was always very exciting. Many dealerships used to hold parties the night before to celebrate the new registration letter, from memory. I looked out for a new 74 plate car earlier this month, and I did see one within the first week or so, but it's not the same as the old days.

Yes, sir, the Jazz is a full hybrid. I filmed a 2022 model last year, which was a surprisingly nice car to drive. They have an excellent range, actually.

Yes, we actually may have the first BYD ever on the channel within the next couple of weeks. Nissan are doing quite well over here, but clearly not in the USA. Stellantis seems to be a bit of a mixed bag as well.
@@lloydvehicleconsulting Yes for sure Joseph The dealership here I am refering to is Autonation a couple of weeks ago the one close to where I live closed and sent the Inventory to other dealers Yesterday It reopend as Autonation Honda not Nissan anymore this is confusing if you look at Nissans sales across North America they are doing well so not sure what happened with Nissan and Autonation on the Stellantis front in the news here there going to replace Carlos Tavares as CEO however you cannot always believe the news here so we will see I think he as a large share of Stellantis best regards Andy Allen.
Care to comment on Pay Per Mile driving? Some of the news outlets saying could be v close to £1,000 a year on just below average mileage p/year…obviously if you do more miles, the more you pay… Also gov might mod the rates, so like A rate to 10,000 miles a year and B rate over 10,000 miles per year. Maybe also if you drive a diesel, you pay a higher rate per mile than for petrol or hybrid, and pure electric being cheapest rate. *only my thoughts*

Disastrous for Stellantis , only Peugeot of the major players doing well . Interesting that BYD are now selling petrol cars , says what you need to know about the electric car market , perhaps.
