I’m 75 and we haven’t had a payments at all for the last 20 years. My husband and I started out 30 years ago from ground zero, gradually building ourselves up financially. Always living below our means. I never made more than 30,000 and he never made more than 40,000 We’ve always made smart decisions, always lived below our means. Just this years, we’re able to finally able to live like no one else and to give to other people. Wonderful feeling

It's unfortunate most people don't have such information. I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of information can be a big hurdle. I've been making more than $760k by just investing through an advisor, and I don't have to do much work. Doesn't matter if the economy is misbehaving; great wealth managers will always make returns.

43:28 Listened to the 'screamer' entirely, without distraction (no multitasking [ which is stupid in itself because humans can be at their best doing 1 thing { or 2, rarely, occasionally } at a time ] ): In other words, paid full attention. * Your job/salary/work/business is the greatest wealth building tool * Live on less than you make. * Stop borrowing. Pay off all your debt. Get off 'debt addiction.' * Save money. * Invest in mutual funds. * Do not take advice from 'broke' people.

When it comes to saving money in a mutual fund it's totally doable. Thankfully I started learning about mutual funds at 23 years old and at 23 I could only put away was about 50 Bucks a month. I did that for 5 years and then I was able to bump it up to a 150. 5 years after that I was able to put away about 350, the whole time staying out debt. I'm 36 years old and there are only 2 financial regrets in my life: I was too scared to invest $2,100 in the stock market and in 3 months turn into $16,000 when I was nineteen, and I bought a new car at twenty-five.

I had a moment when my wife mentioned that "by then I will be due to upgrade my Car". I think I said that there is no used by date on the car. It works fine I service it myself regularly and it is economical. No way you are "due" for a car upgrade. You had want to find some dividends to pay for that, for you because all I have is money for investments. It wasn't welcomed advice but the truth, so the heat wasn't too bad coming back after that.

What you said it is fact I used to be that they eat 100 number on the back of a couple of credit card companies at a call center for more than a year's Tom. Easily. And i've seen that for myself looking at purchases that certain individuals have made for a long time What people also refuse to realize or get or believe is that Dave? Ramsey is actually telling the truth about Church Hill mortgage in that they do manual underwriting. And if you have a long enough work. History with one or multiple companies with good rapport. And a good payment history with a few vendors. Be at your cell phone company. Or your landlord and your income to upcoming possible. Debt ratio the debt being that possible. Mortgage that you might be a proof for. Is good enough. And you can save a big enough down. Payment such as twenty percent to a void p m I.... There's a pretty hot chance. You will be approved for that mortgage through church hill mortgage

Ok but to get a house u have to have at least $20k for the down payment & even then the house needs a ton of work. Our rent is $1,250.00 per month. So impossible to save any $. We don't have any debt aside from a car that is 6 years old. & Our monthly payment is only $319 per month & absolutely necessary as we live in a rural area. & Car insurance is $130 per month. Can't afford health insurance. No credit card debt, don't even have direct TV , only $22 per month for Netflix & $75 per month WiFi (which we must have for our 2 kids homework, they're 15&12). So tell me without $20k & or a cosigner how do we get a house?? My husband made $75k last year & we're broke all the time & do absolutely nothing aside from pay our bills. Only other bill we have is electric - $400 electric bill (that up until the last year has always been only $130 per month). So how do we get a house??
