Raoul is a pro! Always interested to see what his take on things are and his thesis about how things have played out since 08 with debt resetting. Also, he was a gentleman in this interview with a rookie interviewer. She was anxious with anxiety and shouldn’t have had any caffeine within the last 5 hours.

Raoul's point about S&P gains actually being sideways + NASDAQ and Crypto are the only two assets with actual gains with a combination of debasement + technology being the main factor at play is really fascinating. I really appreciate that logic. For sake of discussion, I'd love to hear a contrarian's POV in response to this. Convo starts at 14:00 with Carly's question about whether crypto will decouple from other assets if anyone wants to listen specifically to what I'm referencing.

Carly, It would add value to your productions if you could refrain from overtalking your guests. We get you are excited to share what you know or think, but when you interrupt the guest before they finish, or jump in and inject your guess before they complete a thought, you don;t alow the audience to hear the guests message. Besides, it is kinda rude behavior. I notice this because I used to do the same thing myself until I finally learned to shut myself up and wait for the other person to finish their statement.

AlphaGo isn't a LLM... also Raoul totally did not understand what happened in game 4 of the AlphaGo vs Lee Sedol match. The bot started tilting after it realized it lost the game. The moves were stupid; it's not that humans don't understand them. They're clearly obvious. Then bots got stronger so humans can't beat it anymore, it had nothing to do with that particular game.

44:35 Now when I look at other RU-vid ads and I see people in front of the screen, and they are talking about just like myself and my family. I think to myself if that was AI generated. Those words almost feel soulless then. There is no actor to tell right from wrong. There is no one held liable for spreading information except the company. There is one less layer of trust being built. If the customer perceives the actor as a real person, the customer perceives the message as wholesome. If the customer perceives the actor as an AI without a disclaimer, I feel soulless. If the customer perceives the actor as a product of AI If there was a disclaimer it would feel informative.

I really enjoyed listening, Maybe I'm just old now... but this guy smells like a grifter to me . "Eliminate boom and bust" I remember it being said in 2007! Plu it takes 5 years to develop and bring a new model car to market. So we would need to be prototyping the self driving car now for that prediction to come true. Also I think I need to read the book "number goes up" its the econd time I have heard it recommended!

There are many cars, millions, that are already beta testing self driving. It's literally just doing a software update. So in a way you are right, but the prototypes hit the road 8 years ago. The part about no more recessions, was not Raul's idea, he specifically said a friend of his. He also said that he didn't know how he felt about the concept but was thinking about it. Think you've misunderstood and your knee jerk to misinterpreted information is to be defensive, thus saying he's a grifter.

44:35 he is spot on I just posted this to fidelity based on their Futureverse Advertisement If this is AI. I think the world has come to a crossroad. I do not know who will hear my message. I plan to make a video on this topic the more-and-more I think about it. I think the morality follows the same principle as paid actor and paid customer notices. When you are generating something through AI typically people know that the outcome is product of artificial intelligence. There should always be a disclaimer. I also feel that there should be three checks that have to be made. The first and most common is no harm to humans. The other two are ideation and emotion. You should not be able to play with customers’ humanistic traits. Example: She looks like a likeable young lady. That gets a lot of demographics. She knows what she is talking about. The way the video portrays it as justified. If a real actress were talking to customers. They would believe she agrees about the message to take the gig. Now if this is an AI with no disclaimer this production is just creating a deep fake. That is dangerous.

Interesting video. Raoul is dressed for a snow storm, except for the glasses on his head, and you are sleeveless. His predictions are always so vague as to be worthless, just like Plan B and Cathie Woods.
