My personal favorites of his are I See Fire, Sound of Silence, and Blackbird but honestly Geoff Castellucci and also Voiceplay just don't miss.

Geoff Castellucci is one of those treasures that so few people know about, but who deserves all the credit and acclaim. Dude has a unique voice, a ridiculous range, enormous vocal agility, and more talent than you'd usually find packed into three people. And don't overlook his arrangements in favor of his voice- Geoff draws everyone in with his crazy deep notes, but what keeps people around is his skill in arrangements. He has a knack for taking a familiar song and reinventing in, while still retaining the heart of the original. It's such a fine line to walk with covers, but Geoff turns it into an absolute art. Enjoy your time chasing down this rabbithole- anything he touches is gold.

Everything Geoff does will blow your mind, one way or another. One of my faves is Ain't No Sunshine. And don't forget Voiceplay, he'll blow your mind there as well.

I'm 70 and Geoff is the whole dang package. His voice has so much range and is not hard on our old eyes. What we feel when he hits those low notes gives us hot flashes. No green screen used was filmed at PattyCake Productions studio. Sixteen Tons. Halloween is coming up so Jack's Lament, Or his newer You Don't Mess Around With Jim.

Quite true -- Geoff makes his arrangements "crazy good". Geoff's videos are all terrific. You can take a look over his channel and pick any song that appeals to you, and I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Thanks for reacting!

Geoff started doing solo work when Covid stopped Voiceplay from touring. He does all of the instrumentation electronically, except for the piano. All of his arrangements, production, and editing are done by him. Most of the time it's only him and his wife, Kathy when they record the video. His best arrangement (in by opinion) is God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen, although his most recent, Big Iron comes close. I will always be here for Geoff and Voiceplay!! This one should come with a warning. He doesn't always hit those super lows that many times. He has only used green screen once to my knowledge. He just finds sets that match the mood.

I really enjoyed your reaction- thanks! I really enjoyed your Geoff and Voice Play reactions and am a new subscriber to your channel. Yes, Geoff has a very impressive 5 octave voice range and uses different techniques such as subharmonics that change the tones and bring his voice even lower sometimes. You did well pronouncing his name ( Jeff Cast-ah-lu-chee). Many pronounce his name incorrectly at first but he has a great sense of humor about that and has named his Geoff clones here after the common misspellings and mispronunciations of his name-- Jeff, Goff and Jeoph. Geoff and other members of his group, Voice Play, are so different and talented with their voice ranges, harmonies and all that they put into their videos. They are a group from Orlando Florida and all the members and their frequently featured guest have worked as performers for Universal and/or Disney theme parks. They are very different than the other acapella groups as they are theatrical and commonly referred to as the theater kids of acapella music. They work without a record label or contract by choice so they have complete control of their creative expression and put so much detail into the production of their videos (costumes, makeup, settings, lighting they do themselves in PattyCake Productions studio owned by beatboxer and former baritone singer in their group). J. None, the featured guest that did the rapping part in "Valhalla Calling" is a former member that left the group to join the Navy but comes back frequently when he is on military leave as a guest singer. It can be a little confusing at first seeing different featured guests with Voice Play but they are all so talented and thought of as Voice Play's extended family. I would recommend Voice Play's "Superstition" for more of J. Nones rapping and solo Geoff's "Jack's Lament" for more of Geoff's incredible vocal range for your next reactions but if you pick any of their covers you will never be disappointed.😃

Don't miss his 'Ghost Riders in the Sky' 'Till Then' is also a vibe not to be missed if you like the Big Band/Swing era love songs. It's a favorite of mine because it's a personal favorite of his, and it shows in the way he and his wife did it.

If you've heard Geoff's version of Misty Mountains, you should check I See Fire. He's playing the same characters there, he goes both lower and higher than in the other song, and he spreads the lead vocals around more. And for a really pretty use of his low range, try Till Then, a cover of a WWII Mills Brothers song. Beyond that, pick pretty much anything.

Geoff has a couple of videos on How To Sing Really Low. Look it up. Some of his favorites for me are: Shenandoah, Jack's Lament, Unshakeable, I See Fire, Man of Constant Sorrow, Ghost Riders in the Sky, newest is Big Iron.

I love this WHOLE song. He sings with so much depth and feeling. Ain't no sunshine is great, but it's bittersweet for me because my ex use to play it "to" me all the time.

Geoff is so very awesome. He has a 5- octave range I do believe. Love this song. If you like bass singers check out Home Free. Their bass Tim Foust and Geoff are very good friends. Love your reaction!

He and his wife Kathy film and stage his songs. Tons of crazy details! You need to watch "Folsom Prison Blues" that they did in a prison.. He was sick at the time and they only had a few hours to film his various "Geoff" personalities!

ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-009yAHVfyTw.htmlsi=l-3YoEKvg-DTHDPz Geoff really gets to show his incredible range. This is his cover of high and dry by Radio Head and it’s just F@$&ing Amazing… plus I even threw in the direct link…just in case if you are lazy like me 😂! Seriously though… your ears will totally hate you if you deprive them from listening to the Angelic Vocal Cords of Geoff Castellucci…. Plus this shit is just really good 👍🏻

Hate this version, worse than the Sound of Silence version. Most singers need to stop. PMJ is the only remake worthy of listening to.
