I am from Houston alot of that info is not correct but I will say a lot of artist did not want to sign to rap a lot or was trying to get away from them. Doing that time trinity garden cartel was popular on d north side of Houston while on d south side they were listening to groups such as The botany boys, crime boss south park coalition, gangster nip, ect
@@kimberlyelizabethclarady212 BTW Ice Water Slaughter did an interview w/ Donnie Houston & explains how he & D came to be, at the time Ice was only 17 though close to turning 18, Ice originally wanted to be a Solo rapper but D convinced that he & Ice should work as a duo. It did work, the album The Ghetto My Hood was released & after the release both of them went to jail but were released some time after
You have to sell records. The CEO spend money on these groups and they have to make that money back. Where do you think these groups get their cloths, cars etc etc from? Go listen to ICE T about how he first started
I lived in Milwaukee back in like 95 96 I know they had 5thward boys crazy thing is Rap a lot got a few records bout from me they had AG2key they had snypaz they had Do or die Remember outta Milwaukee it's was Infinite 45 I'm from 48th and Lloyd uptown back way of high way by Washington park u had Coo cal who end up going to tommy boy Mr GoldFingaz I DK what happened to him and I Mr .Do it to Death all these dudes use to be on block in Milwaukee 48Lloyd 45n through north avenue I was there when. That trinity garden album on rap a lot you said was pulled from the shelves because of the police on the covers is false information that album was never pulled and is on all streaming platforms currently. It’s called “don’t blame it on the music”
That man a real nigga bro and people get with him and be having low key bull shit going on. Or be in trouble and he do what he can. So why hate a nigga like that
Young man, what are after with this video? You want some information about us you should have called and got the truth. We not hard to find. Really Really! We never been about that shirm stick brother!
Look out B good to know you still kicking! I was in my early teens when y'all had the studio on Tidwell. I use to ride my bike from Kash Garden to hang up there with you, D and 380 was there as well sometimes. I still have them classic tapes/cds. Still bumping'em on my phone playlist 2022!
I love the original duo in D & Ice Water Slaughter but interesting story, after the album dropped D & Ice Water Slaughter were arrested for something & shortly some time they were both released. D didn't wanna rap anymore & insisted that Ice Water would carry on the group but Water didn't wanna do that. & the funny thing is Ice Water originally wanted to go the solo route & then D convinced him to do the project as a duo
@@b9479 big as P?? Lol - please do your research quickly - not being a sellout is why he would not be at the level of Russell Jay Puffy - being loyal and not robbing your homeboys is why he would not be at the level of Baby - y’all are so lost about J Prince - dude get respect from the REAL ones not the clowns - a lot of clowns be saying they respect these other niggas - but the SOLID niggas respect J Prince and that is a huge difference - by the way, I remember P loosing some STREET CREDIT back in the 90s f*cking around with J Prince - had the hardest niggas running and apologizing - yea that situation with Pimp C did not play out like niggas thought it was - but J Prince is solid - y’all tripping
Man all I'm hearing is how he helped them out gave them money and all they had to do was stay out of trouble how you gonna blame the stupid shit they was doing on him hell he gave them a key 🗝️
Man this for clout.. I don’t think you know how to gather your information you need your views up don’t you.. so you wanna start some misinformation of Trinity Garden Cartel smh
k rino .bun b. pimp c. point blank. klondike kat didn't sign with rap a lot. willie d left for wise up records. big mike left. bushwick bill left. 3-2 left. ready red left. dope e/the terrorists left. brother nip left. rumor has it only Face made any money....maybe seagram
@@elijahstraight402 bro have you seen interviews with them they have said they got messed over especially willie D he was vocal about it said the contract was bad but business is business man I’m from SunnySide Houston Texas and J Prince stay messing people over
@@TexasHeat2010 The only interviews that I've seen where J Prince was mentioned by name was a couple that Scarface did on VladTV, whereas he credited J for showing him "the Game". Not necessarily about Face getting ripped off while on Rap-A-Lot, but that he feared J because of his reputation on the streets. As for Willie D, that likely was the reason he left the group with Big Mike as his temporary replacement and came back. Personally, I love Houston after having visited there 12 years ago 👍
