@@badmanjones179 3 doesn't work. 3 + (3 ÷ 3) = 4 or (3 + 3) ÷ 3 = 2 Dealing with the remainder is the part that makes the whole thing fall apart. It doesn't make any sense if the division comes first. If division comes second, and assuming there is a solution, you can rearrange the equation to: (x + x - 3)/x = x For which the solution is x = 1 +/- i√2 Although if you plug any non-zero number into (x + x)/x, you will always get 2, a whole number, with no remainder in sight, so even that doesn't work. The point is, "My name is Tenerence Love" is beyond current mathematical understanding.
In the song "Light Purple Cummerbund", Tenerence love referred to himself as "Tenerence Love, remainder three, repeating", as ".3333333333333333..." filled the background behind him. So it seems to me that Tenerence Love just doesn't understand what a remainder is, and we should actually be trying to find a solution for Tenerence Love Point Three, or if it's a repeating decimal like in "Light Purple Cummerbund", Tenerence Love And One-Third.
There's something oddly endearing about a rapper who doesn't even know whose video he's in, but raps with Coach Z so well you'd never guess if he hadn't said so. Also, that part where he orders breakfast in the middle of his song.
The Cheat's music videos are quite possibly the best Homestar Runner toons. They're so incredibly catchy, I know the lyrics to this song forward and backwards, Peacey P's breakfast order and all.
Hey, even being at the BOTTOM of the B.E.T. charts means being ON the charts! Recruiting Peacey P and Tenerence Love (plus guest appearances by Peacey P and Peacey P) really helped Coach Z!
I think it’s because the first Yes! Is ending a phrase but then immediately starting a new phrase with the second Yes, so it surprises you with that extra accented yesYES!
I haven’t listened to this in about 10 years. Yesterday at work all of the sudden I got it stuck in my head out of nowhere. Still knew all the words and I can’t believe how funky this song is
My favorite lyric in this rap song is "Listen up straight, y'all biscuit heads! I like a piece of dried toast with two scrambled eggs, order hash browns, make 'em extra crisps, a glass of orange juice, and a bowl of cheese grits!" I also love the visual that show a limo attached to a restaurant called "Waffle-o-Stow". LOL
Interesting fact- if you assume Tenerence Love is a variable and assign a number to it, TL+TL/TL will always have a remainder of 1. If you add parentheses, (TL+TL)/TL will have a remainder of 3 if he's equal to -1.
Listen up straight yall biscuit heads. I want a piecea dry toast and two scrambled eggs, water hash browns make em extra crisp a glass of orange juice and a bowl of cheese grits
"I'm the lyricolical Coach - Z, I like my ointment topical most - ly, and if you got the itchy toes then come see me..." What type of geniuses did it to make so many original and funny lines!
We can express Tenerance Love's RnB break as the following equation: (2X)/X=X+3 Simplify to: 2/1=X+3 Therefore: X=2-3 So the value of "My Name is Tenerance Love" is equal to -1 (negative one).
Tenerence Love needs to brush up on basic algebra. My name is Tenerence Love + My name is Tenerence Love / My name is Tenerence Love is 2, not My name is Tenerence Love, or y+y=2y 2y/y=2. I dunno maybe I'm overthinking things. I need an R&B Break.
You know you're a math nerd when you reach the R&B break and try to solve for my name is Tenerence Love. You know you're a real math nerd when you realize that my name is Tenerence Love can't have a real value in that equation.
You're right! It can't have a real answer. It can, however have a complex one: Lyrics extract (Source: hrwiki.org): TENERENCE LOVE: My name is Tenerence Love, Plus my name is Tenerence Love, Divided by my name is Tenerence Love, Equals my name is Tenaaay-erence Love! Remainder three! let x = "My name is Tenerence Love". As there seems to be a pause between the addition and dividing functions, I am assuming that the order of operations should be: (x+x)÷x = x mod 3 Which is: 2x ÷ x = x + (3/x) Turns into: 2 = (x²+3) / x When we solve for x (using WolframAlpha), it seems that: "My name is Tenerence Love" = 1±i√2 Woo! Maths!
I don't think pauses should ever be construed as cues for grouping. Following the standard order of operations, the equation is "x+x/x=x R3" and converting the remainder gives "x+x/x=x+3/x" which simplifies to simply x=3. #HomestarRunner
If that video opening is to be believed, it suggests Peacey P. can only communicate in an understandable fashion while guesting on someone's rap song. No wonder he does so many guest spots!
If you think of it as an algebriac expression, My Name is Terrance Love is just another way to say X. So X+X÷X=X+1. Terrance Love just got the answer incredibly wrong but he's not a math expert, he's a singer.
Holy shit I forgot how absolutely unhinged and hilarious this song was. I always have to stop at the "I'm the rhyme janitor, wringing out my MOP!" because i'm half dead lmao
Coach Z, R-A-P Accidentally featuring Peacey P You biscuit head, you ain't featuring me I said accidentally featuring Peacey P I'm the lyricbolical Coach Z I like my ointments topical mostly And if you got the itchy toes, then come see me I've got a rap song featuring Peacey P My name is P comma Peacey I like to eat my bacon all greasy I'm the best guest rapper in the music biz I don't even know whose song this is It's mine! Earlier today I went out to breakfast with some friends, and by the time the waitress came to take our order I was still undecided, so I gave in and started reciting Peacy P's verse at 1:25 complete and word for word (minus calling the waitress a biscuit head for obvious reasons). To my astonishment they took my order 100% seriously (despite the fact that everyone else at the table was clearly on the verge of absolutely losing it at this point) and that's exactly what I ate for breakfast this morning down to every last detail
The only problem I have with this video (or any video from Homestar Runner) is the faulty math. The answer to that equation, depending on your order of operations, would either be 2 or [My name is Tenerence Love] + 1.
@tmfcovers Not to mention "My name is Tenerence love" and "My name is Tenayeerence Love" could have different values altogether, meaning you'd need another equation to find the values.
I was momentarily thrown by "Larry's Tape", and then I remembered that an older Powered by the Cheat music video had used Mick's Tape, and now I'm amused by how random that must seem to anyone without that context.
"Wow! This music vid was a jaerb well done, The Chort! Don't stahp with the music videos, keep em' up!" -Coach Z"You biscuithead, The Cheat. I want dis on television next sursdai." -Peacey P"Woah, The Cheat! This is a video worthy of being featured on an email!" -Strong Bad"The Cheat, your music video pineapple is sooooo inscrutably full with Wonder Mike's pineapples! Keep embellishing lazily!" -Homsar"Blblblpbplbpbl!" -PomPom "Meh. Needs more boys." -Cheerleader Cheerleader And there you have it. All reviews of the rap song. And it gets a......-1/10!
And now, a bonus review: ''Um... I don't remember watching this video. Maybe it's good? I seriously don't know, but I think Pom Pom enjoyed it, so I may as well give it a good score.'' - Some no-armed whitey
Man, these cartoons and music videos that The Cheat creates are very impressive and really cool in my opinion. Also, Coach Z and Peacey P creating a rap together? That's very amazing! 🤩😏😎😉👍
