Sonny (the singer) has a Chamorro-Hawaiian mother and a Mexican-Italian father. Mark is "the brother" on bass Marcos the guitarist is mexican descent Noah (guitarist, drummer) is Filipino, Italian, German, and Chamorro.

the guys they’re playing ping pong against are from another group called Blindside! they’re an amazing band too from Sweden. check them out as well! they have songs called: Pitiful, All of Us, Sleep Walking, Caught A Glimpse, etc! all great music!

@@trenchy1990 don't kill me but I don't like The Matrix and never watched the sequels. I haven't seen it since it was first released though and only one time. I'm open minded and a huge movie fan so I may give it another shot sometime soon

And a good morning to you gentlemen. I have a P.O.D tale to tell... bear in mind I go back a long long long long long long way with metal so NU metal was pretty much lost on me but it was everywhere in the late 90s and early 2000s.. including some of the early Ozzfests I attended. Where I had the..... I'm going to use the word pleasure in an ironic fashion here.... seeing such luminaries as Tommy Lee's solo band (yawn), Disturbed (double yawn), and a bunch of other stuff that just I was not 15 years old enough to really be into.... however, refreshingly P.O.D got on stage were professional as hell, didn't waste time with a bunch of mushmouth vulgarity in place of actually communicating, they're vibe was very positive, their whole outlook was just refreshing in this lineup of second-rate sleepy time drop Z bullshitNow bear in mind I came up on metal thrash death metal et cetera so it's not like I needed them to sound like Creed or something to make me happy.... not the case at all. They were just really a standout refreshingly interesting band amongst a lot of other tedious crap that I was sitting through until I could c Ko r n, who while being very much the kings of new metal were incredibly tight and badass and undeniably flipping great.... and of course the mighty Black Sabbath which is what it was all about for me. Anyway, I don't know why pod made such a positive impression but I'm guessing it was cuz everything else was so lame. This is mainstage I'm talking about, On the side stages I caught Meshuggah early on and Cradle of Filth both of which were outstanding.

always love the ping pong concept behind of this video bring me old memories.p.o.d is such a good band and Hollywood was right lot of people say they had kind of similar Korn vibes back in the day but that was in early days till at some point they found their own style and keep it in that way through the years.

Yes, P.O.D. is mostly hispanic - Sonny Sandoval (vocals) ... Marcos Curiel (guitar)... Wuv Bernardo (drums)... Traa Daniels (bass) is African American. Suicidal Tendencies was mostly hispanic - Mike Muir (vocals)... not sure who current members are. Brujeria is a Mexican American band... so is the band ill Nino... and their offshoot band - Lions at the Gate. Metalllica has Kirk Hammett (lead guitar) and Robert Trujillo (bass) who are both hispanic. Sepultura is Brazilian w/ vocalist Derrick Green, who is African American.

Mondays never bothered me, it's Thursday and Fridays that I hate. Has to do with work because you have to work late and fast to get everyone's vehicles out. If you've ever told a mechanical or collision shop you NEED your vehicle back just know you are taking the employees time away from their family and personal time. The people in the office don't work a second past 5.

P.O.D. have been around for over 30 years now, touring and regularly releasing new music every few years. They just dropped their new album in May, which might be their best one since Testify (2006) or even Satellite, very new metal and quite heavy. Next songs you could review are classics like Sleeping Awake or Southtown, or give it a try and listen to something newer.

I get that it’s not for everybody. Some people just like reactors to immediately play the song, and it’s ok if that’s what you like. But they’ve been doing their channel this way for over 4 years, and I don’t think they’re going to change now to try to appease everybody who complains. An easy way to bypass the talking is to fast forward until you see their video screen pop up. Or maybe this isn’t the channel for you, which is ok too 😊
