hey lads. that video was probably filmed in NZ as they are based out of Auckland. excellent band, ive seen the a few times live now. it is the only Samoan metal band that i know of... and they happen to be super nice guys also. all the best to them!

manu is the common samoan word for animal a lot of the lyrics are from the manu samoa rugby team 'siva tau', which is samoan for war dance similar to the nz haka i personally prefer their song 'legend'

Great reaction guys and I believe the Boo Yaa TRIBE are Samoan as well, Remember them from the Judgement Might soundtrack when a rap and metal band combined to do a song; some bangers on that album of you dig it out - my favourite is Slayer & IceT.

I saw some rock band from New Zealand in 2018 that opened for Shinedown and Godsmack. They were not Polynesian, but what was crazy was the lead singer kept playing a didgeridoo during their songs. I couldn’t remember their name, so I looked it up. I think they are Like a Storm. I’ve never seen that before 😛

Just FYI, Test's finisher was usually a gutwrench powerbomb, so you were close. Glad you enjoyed the song. I've gotten huge into these guys over the past year.

I’d love to get y’all’s Take on Zeel and Ardor - “Gravediggers Chant” - “vigil” or “Devil is Fine” They have a super dark yet soulful style that I have never seen anyone be able to pull off as good as they do. It’s metal, but it’s not… lots of crazy concepts and undertones. Singer has a voice unlike anyone around. Truly Great.

Many is the word for bird or animal in Samoan...Alien Weaponry are Maori... There are both Maori and Samoan on New Zealand. Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that Dwayne Johnson is half Samoan and his family is from New Zealand

Check out Tangaroa by Tiki Taane, it's not metal but more traditional pasifika/Māori music. The vocal style is similar, it's what gives Shepherd's Reign and Alien Weaponry their particularly powerful sound imo.

Hey, new to the Channel, love your reacts! I have a suggestion that you guys would love and guarantee you have never heard them. Deadboy and the Elaphantmen: Waking Up Insane. No music video or official Lyric video for this one but a moderately good sounding Live Recording if you needed something visually interesting for viewers. I hope you pick this, it's fire, and has had very little exposure.
