It's a pattern on the reviews. The stain doesnt help to show what different shades look like, but when you're just using one lip oil throughout the day it's amazing to know you're eating, drinking, sweating, living and you can feel confident there's still pigment on your lips.
Tint usually means there is really a chance of stain. That's what I keep in mind when buying tinted lip products, basically when the product wears off it leaves behind a subtle hint of colour on your lips 💋
It’s similar to Korean lip jelly formulas but more moisturizing and less drying. I like this oil-tint hybrid since i won’t have to reapply after eating and drinking.

I love that it stains and makes for a long wearing lip color. I just apply a gloss over and it looks like it did when I first applied it. Minus the woody if needing a mirror to reapply.
Love this, your videos are so helpful! Tip: Since the color of the tints settle into the lips… the only way to actually see the difference between the colors is to dab foundation on the lips before trying out each one. I did this at Sephora and was able to figure them out lol
I really like if it leaves the stain as I just do my make up to go no where so I’m mostly at home eating or drinking things. The stain will help the pigment stay on my lips for quite a long time! I’m just waiting for the restock on rare beauty or I’ll have to get it at Sephora but I just really want rare beauty free pouch.
The problem with this video is that your lips are already extremely naturally pigmented to begin with, so with every swatch, it's difficult to see what's really changing. But the info was good. Thank you.
At the beginning there was something you read that said it lasts all day? Maybe the way it does that is with the stain. The packaging is lovely. I thought all the shades were pretty. They sort of parallel the blushes.
Why do people get so confused, it’s everything that it claims to be . There are lip oils that are tinted, Selena’s line is very pigmented so it’s long lasting , and oils don’t have to be heavy, I myself like using coconut oil because it’s very light . It’s a light oil with color that’s long lasting . Why are people so confused?
I maybe mistaken but I think I saw a video of Selena and she does mention that it leaves a stain,so you get a longer wear of color and don't have to keep reapplying something along those lines🤷🏽♀️😊

I may not be good with make up vocabulary but even 'claimed' lip stains dont leave this weird stain after removing, no idea whats going on here. Rare beauty offers great quality products and i mostly love asian made cosmetics(Korea, Taiwan, Japan). Thanks for reviewing ❤
l had to buy Joy because it was the only option left when I went to Sephora. l think I'd rather something like Wonder or Affection. But I really like how it feels on my lips.
@@AskCandace it is somewhat drying or maybe irritating? I'm not sure if it's related to the cooling feeling it has or not. I like how it feels when it's on, but you're right, once it's off, my lips do feel a little worse.

Hey Candace, I like Hope on you when you did 2 coats on you. Those Nyx Fat Oil in That’s Chic is my favorite and was in my favorite since it launched. I wanted all of them but $9 for each I will pass and I have those colors in my collection too. Oo Wander ❤️🔥🔥 I like them all on you. With one coat, they look like regular glosses. And I’m dark tan I need some type of brown or lip liner.
I wish i watched this review before purchasing Happy and Hope. It looks like the lip tint comes out looking red...and not cool and warm toned pink. If i knew that, i would have just stuck to 1. Oh well..live and learn
