Welcome to another beer from the Rare Beer Club. Propolis brewed by Brasserie Dunham. This is a Multi-grain Honey Saison with lemon Peel and Coriander. The beer poured out a light, hazy yellow with lots of dense white head and vigorous carbonation. On the nose it smelled of lemon grass, generic fruitiness and some light funk. I had expected more on the nose. The beer had a light mouth feel, but it was over the top carbonation. The flavors were lemony, slightly tart and some coriander. Unfortunately, I did not pick up any honey during the review. However, after the review I let the beer sit for a while. After the carbonation died down a little bit both the honey and the tart funkiness came through a little stronger. Although, neither flavor was strong or overpowering. Overall this was a nice beer, even with the abundance of carbonation.
