I have zero interest in coins, but I can't stop watching this guy's videos.

It's Dime Time! I'll be Coin Roll Hunting 4 Boxes of Dimes this time! That's right - $1,000 or 10,000 Dimes will be searched in hopes of finding some silver and especially an error or variety since it's been awhile since I have found a nice dime error! Let's see what we got! I picked up the Bank Boxes of Dimes from two of my usual Dime banks since they've been so good to me lately... I never imagined that I would ever actually score one of the dimes I found in this video, but we did! We also ended up scoring a few silver dimes to boot! How is your luck with Dimes? Epic luck with the 96W. Holed coins hurt my heart, especially silver ones from the 30s.

See this is why I put up with a customer service job, working as cashier, and as a coin/paper money collector you never know what you're going to get, either out the coin safe, what a customer uses as change, or what a customer uses as bills (Got a 1957B Silver Certificate yesterday in exchange for gas, I know it's not particularly rare, but for a 50 year old $1 it looks good, and it's a Silver Certificate, gotta love that). Got a 1947 Dime out of a roll, and a Customer used 2 1964 Half Dollars to buy a 1 dollar lotto ticket... Not to mention the dozens of other old coins, high denomination coins, and old bills that come through... It's a good job for this hobby especially when your manager understands your hobby, and trusts you allowing you to buy these coins/bills from the drawer...

Rob, just got a 1956 D Rosie silver dime at my local grocery store's Coinstar today just before watching this video! No investment of money or time needed! I was there anyway to grocery shop, and I always take a few seconds to check the Coinstar reject slot! I also got a 1981 Bermuda 25c coin with the dime!

1996 W Dime 3:30 is an amazing find. I just bought the 1996 set and my sealed 1996 W Dime has a major die clash!

My 1st ever graded coin came back as a 69 !!! A 1984- 'S'... 25cent piece. Watching your channel brings folks luck😙 I have 10 decent Barb. coins with D mints and a bunch of other Barbs to look up. Pays to metal detect. But I've worn out two pairs of shoes since summer started!

I probably have like the smallest coin collection but watching this guy has literally generated rare coins in my collection now knowing I have a penny worth almost $3,000

I've been finding a few wheat Pennies at work I've found a 40s something and a 57 d and the other day I found a really nice shape 1927 d it's not shiny or anything but a lot of detail is still there

Awesome finds, dude! I gotta say I'm pretty jealous of the 1996W. I have found a couple cool coins at my work though. I found a 1957D silver quarter and a couple of proof dimes. 1978S and 2012S

Rob, CONGRATS on all the dime finds. Way to stick with it thru 4 boxes to make it a good episode Learned something again-didn't know about the 1996 West Point dime, and now I do. Also, 3 nice silvers including a Merc. Have only found ONE Merc dime hunting, and that was from a customer roll, not a bank box. But...we just picked up 2 dime boxes from Denise's parents credit union (Achieva) where we've never gotten coins before, so if it keeps storming tonight, just might start on box one!!! Don't complain about all UNC rolls - up here in Canada, the mint actively orders all banks to send back non-steel coins, and they aren't allowed to send out boxes that haven't been filtered through by the mint or one of the coin terminals to take out all the silver/nickel/cupronickel coins. Half the time when you order boxes, it's all UNC, and the other half it's generic steel coins from the last 20 years or so. This makes getting anything to search incredibly hard.

Found a silver quarter ender yesterday at work. 1962 out of Philadelphia.

It took me 57yrs of checking my pocket change,,, but I finally !!!! Found a 1934 Silver quarter !!! Yae ! 😁🖒

Those yellow barcode stickers look exactly like the ones I put on cash deposit bags (and sometimes coin boxes) when I worked at Target doing Cash Office. It was the barcode Garda or Loomis scanned to pick up deposits.

You finding that coin with the hole in it made me wonder... what would the odds be of one of your viewers watching and seeing a coin they once had an lost? 🤣 I was thinking that because I used to have an old coin back in elementary school that I found with a hole in it and would wear it. Wasn’t a dime, but that’d be pretty trippy to see something you used to have pop up in a random video ha!

Been doing well with dimes this month. Found 30 silvers. 25 Rosies and 5 Mercurys.

When you found the 10 cent Canadian coin 1960 it’s a little beat ($7.59 approximate in USD) I had one beside me with a $1 2009 coin date on the EDGE and a .50 coin and the date spot was 1776 • 1976. Wow!

Hey brother, I watched a few of your other videos and I didn't subscribe because you wouldn't explain worth a poo what your finds were and what they were worth and why they were special. So this video was totally different you did an amazing job explaining all of the above, I just subscribed :) I sure hope you keep making videos like this one explaining why they're special, they're value and rarity type stuff. I saw another collector say that holing a coin reduces it's value by 90% yet it seems like collectors love them (detectorists too). Is it not true on the value thing?. Loved this video Rob. excellent hunt!
