A test video of what used to be my Faraday 3430 fire alarm bell. It sold on Ebay shortly after I published the video. It sounds similar to the WRRS mini railroad crossing bell
I never knew there were 8 inch versions of the 3400 (the most common sizes--in inches--are four, six and 10). Is there also a 12 inch version? a three story split level office building in the valley commercial district of the rubber city has 6 inch versions of these, but they operate on the standard modern voltage of 24VDC. there is a modern system sensor P2R, which replaced a dead bell. The top floor has a fitness gym, which probably has its own separate system.
