Wow, this is one of the nicest tiny homes I've seen from Incredible Tiny homes. Love that you can stand up in the loft, a bath tub and the living room is a nice size. This home should definitely sell quickly...
This has a nice homey cabin feel. It's very generous of yall helping the owners to sell their homes on the rare occasions they are wanting to resell. ❤
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the sofa with the drawers underneath and the bedroom upstairs. I also love that sink in the kitchen.
Why don't you go back to custom homes? I love this. I love the wood floors. You really need to go back to this. I would want to put it on my farm to live in. This is a great quality build.
From my understanding people expected Randy/ITH to be responsible for the flooring, as in they tried to hold him responsible for repairs if their was water damage from the owners or just regular wear and tear from walking on it and moving furniture, or even just the regular aging of the wood, so Randy stopped offering wood floors because of the complaints…. which is fully understandable… some people just want to buy something affordable and expect people to give them a lifetime warranty on it and be held responsible for damages THEY THEMSELVES made to the home.
They keep the prices lower by having standard models that can be quickly manufactured now. Custom slows the turn around time and now that they are finally breaking even it’s a smarter business model. God knows how much they lost, giving away the kitchen sink & dealing with picky people just trying to establish and maintain a business - having initially started doing custom homes. You can still order custom models but expect it to be a much higher price and wait time.
Love this tiny home with all natural wood. It's looks good in the forest area. Look good in the mountain. Whoever buys this home all tbe fruinture and 2 flat TV screens can stay.
This is one I'd like to see as a DIY. Would be really nice to have that layout with maybe some less upgrades. Like for instance all that custom kitchen stuff isn't necessary althought I love the stove/oven combo. I absolutely love having a bathtub although the storage cabinet above the washer/dryer cobo I don't care for, would rather put something I like there like my own cabinet or closet hanging. This would be great to see with your panel system. To bad you couldn't build one like this as a Panel DIY for under 70K, I would most likely be interested.
Very well decorated. Very livable. If I purchased it, I'd have a large wraparound deck installed after the move to the mountain so I could have lounge chairs and a chiminea on it. Perfect. I can't get over the pretty wood floors - looks like hickory? Please note the handholds over the triple windows up the stairs
I don't see a Tiny house, I see a house/home. It is terrific! Wow. Nothing wrong with the mountain but I am a woods person and would like it just where it is. Thanks for showing. A real treat.
I really like this home and I would like to have a rally that goes up to the loft to hang on to. I need to hang on when I go up the stairs.thank you so very much for sharing this video with me today Karen Nichols
I totally agree with you. I think it's worth the asking price and if I could sell my condo in Ohio fast enough, I would buy it. But I'm stuck in Ohio until I retire at the end of August.
I’m so excited!😆 my house is done!!✅ Randy and Amanda if you would like to film it. Moving my home to my property very soon! ❤🎉it’s in Maynardville area!
This has the kind of Loft that the ordinances in both the county and the city in the state of Washington where I live allows for example you have to be able to walk in a loft area in order for it to be legally allowed to sleep in
@@marybrown-kencayd277 yeah it's an ordinance that actually applies to apartments and Sticks and Bricks will now they're applying it to tiny homes and I had asked because I have a friend that works for the state and in that particular Department and he said the reason why is because of an emergency if you're woken up out of a dead sleep sometimes you panic and the first thing you do is jump up well if you hit your head and become unconscious and let's say it's a fire they're thinking it might potentially cause a fatality so in their minds I they feel that if you're going to use a loft as a sleeping Arrangement you need to fully be able to stand and walk around in it it doesn't necessarily have to have the amenities but you have to be able to walk around fully erect
I don't understand why you stopped building custom. I get the speed with an assembly line of mass production, but the custom jobs were awesome. Just like the 12x20s. I would prefer one of those over the 8 or 10 ft widths. 😢
I use to have jalosy windows across my kitchen counter, was great bc I could crank it open any time of year for venting, plus you have the panoramic view.
@@barbarabowman9238 didn’t hear that mentioned in the vid. It just said it was going to be over there. Thus would have liked to have seen the possibility of where it will end up. Away from the poison ivy. TY for your kind spirited reply.
I agree, I like the layout, the bathroom is big, storage in the kitchen with a stove if needed, and walk around bedroom a must for people with back surgery and 2 knees , we need to walk not crawl.
That is really a cute home! I like that there is quite a bit of head room in the loft. The worms on the tree are called webworms. My husband said they can kill trees and you can either cut the webs off and destroy them or you can spray them to kill the worms.
It's 350 Sq ft. That's the size of an 8'x20' AND an 8'x24' combined❣️ All wood, bathtub, laundry, big kitchen with stove, lots of storage, and a full height upstairs bedroom. Plus you get a big deck, steps and a mountain lot.
Regular land holes are over priced and in many cases are unattainable.. this is the price the person is asking for. People should receive a profit wouldn’t you ?
@@dsstewbaby9 if you would own the land it is on i could understand but this is ridiculous imo. You still pay rent plus it would be very difficult to move. If you are clever just buy a new ITH one, a lot cheaper!
It’s comparable to others builders, but ITH has better deals for that price and this is the owners price, not Randy/ITH’s… he’s just letting people know this owner is selling it.
This is not greed...this home was built pre-covid and cost a pretty penny to build at that time. Inflation is through the roof now and would cost this or close to this to build today.
That is the first 26' that I could live in. Most of the others don't seem to have enough space due to the layouts. How tall is this house though? Does the 2nd floor mean it can't be moved off of the lot?
Absolutely love this!!! But I’m not looking to move out of Ohio. Do you have any tiny houses that can be moved to my area? Or any that are on a trailer
