Alex Reid it’s also what killed him sadly.. preforming so much every night exhausted him. Sadly he did was I think he loved and it also killed him.. he was a singer since his childhood and while he was an amazing singer and professional you have to wonder about the tolls and quality of life
Eclipse3131 yah maybe thats the cause of why he cannot sleep every night so he always took that propofol, which sadly ended his life😭😭😭. But lets be positive because I’m pretty sure he is in a better place with God now, just a peaceful, nonjudgemnetal, and kind world, which is what he desereved. Not this cruel world where everyone was just against him and just negativity grows and grows. #RIPMJ
@@Maxibo234 He did lip sync more and more later in his career, at first just on certain tracks but expanding over time. Mostly it's because the dance moves are too exhausting to maintain proper breath for singing at the same time.
I LIKE HIM SO MUCH.. AND I MISS HIM..I WISH HE WAS STILL ALIVE BECAUSE I COULD HEAR MORE OF HIS LATEST SONG.LET ME TELL YOU HIS SONG ALWAY BRIGHTEN EVERYONES HEART😍😢😞😘
reece lutu I was 10 and i was going to assist his concert planned in London for his « this is it » tour. I was so happy cause I’m from Morocco and I was going to go to London just to see him cause I love him so much. But then he died so his tour was canceled and obviously I couldn’t see him. My parents didn’t tell me he was dead, I found that out few month after. anyways, at least maybe he won’t see the wars anymore that were making him so sad. he was an angel, he deserves heaven more than earth.
Pure genius. Nobody compares to him. There are superstars and then there’s Michael. His music will live forever, the ultimate professional. Listening in 2024. I grew up with him and I was obsessed from an early age. He had everything, the looks, the fashion, the voice, the personality. I miss him so very much.
It is absolutely amazing that he can sing the exact same way every single time with no fluctuations. I can't think of anyone else who can do that so seamlessly and perfectly. Doubling up your voice so perfectly like this is not as easy as it looks.
I don't care what people say, he is/was a great singer and I don't believe any of the bad rumours about him.I have had the great pleasure in meeting him on seven occasions over the years.
Bob D...I don't believe that either! People are always trying to smear Michael Jackson's name. He is the greatest entertainer that ever lived...those silly people are just jealous!! I'm jealous that you've met such a beautiful soul, seven times...wow!!
The coolest thing about this, is that when he does it again, he sounds exactly the same as the last take. His vibrato is spot on magic. He can double a vocal in a second, a million times over and be exact. Effortlessly. Then he sounds even better on parts he wants to do over. Pro, most gifted singer ever.
I agree, and it seems so strange to hear the King of Pop asking Quincy for direction. LOL. Michael was a perfectionist for sure. Although I have to add that since Steve Perry was called "The Voice", and I'm an absolute Steve Perry fan, I loved that he was in this. I loved that it said when Steve peered through the window he asked if he was dreaming when he saw Michael.
@@DOINKS702 he was adding additional vocal tracks to layer on top of each other yes. The impressive thing is that it's nearly the exact same every time and when it is even slightly different he notices and wants to fix it immediately. He just has complete control over his vocals and it's absolutely amazing, there is no denying he was an incredible musician.
@@controversy3000 yes and it sucks that he isn't here anymore to put out more songs for us but he is still here in our hearts and in our minds ...and yes there is no denying the fact that he was one very talented artist and vocalist that has lived and I completely agree with you all I have to say and I'm speaking for all moonwalkers out there that we love and miss him very very much💯🤧
I'll never forget or forgive the people that were so unbelievably cruel to one of the most kind-hearted, caring, sweet, and talented people this planet has and probably will ever see.
I cry every time I listen to him sing. God deposited something so beautiful within him and he was committed to sharing that gift with the whole world. I’m so grateful he did!
@@zaddybookoosh9899 i read that right now, it's hilarious how one Year is gone and i read it just in that fucking two hours 😂 sorry for my bad english, i'm from germany
The respect Michael had for Quincy is incredible and of course Quincy letting Michael make any adjustments he wanted. No wonder they were able to make so many masterpieces together, they were musical soulmates
The note at 8:10 is what separates Michael Jackson from other 'celebrities'. He was like a rocket going into the stratosphere. He was miles above everyone else. Once in a lifetime kind of talent right there. Also look up his falsetto version of 'Earth Song'.
@@ignskeletonsi studied opera singing (i am italian so i don't know how to translate 'musica lirica" correctly 😅) and i can guarantee that although i was a soprano i had trouble when i tried to sing Michael jackson's songs.
This nose is not his original nose. And maybe we could talk about Michael without talking about surgery for once ? He was so damn right when he said that no other star is bothered as much as he was about surgery.
No one can blame you cause he was beautiful, sexy, hot gorgeous, unique, amazing, mesmerizing and one of a kind. Nope I dont think your gay at all it dont take a girl to appreciate how beautiful and gorgeous this man is. I want to kiss, lick and bite this man mmmm, sorry yes he is beautiful !!!
Damn. I was 18 in 1985 and working in a record store. I saw my first concert (the Jackson 5) at four years old and I was HOOKED! The eighties were a GREAT time to be a teenager (and I saw ALL of the greats in that era - MJ, Prince, Madonna, Duran Duran etc.) on multiple occasions. I even got to spend 5 days at Neverland and meet his kids in 2002. MJ is/was certainly one of a kind.
We all miss him but I did not meet with him because I was born later than 1996 when MJ was in my country He was here in Hungary 1996 I never forgot. You and me or you and i Both brother.
Woww you’re soooo lucky, I was born in 02 and I’m sooo obsessed with the 80s and 90s music I mean I like my generation music but it’s all starting to be about the same thing and sound almost the same.
@@SB-20 I think Bruno Mars is going to go down in history as another "legend" in the same spirit as MJ, Prince etc. ... so all is not lost for the people who didn't get to experience those guys in their prime. Decades from now, kids will envy you too 😊. Edit: So go see Bruno if you get the chance. He takes the job of putting on a great show every bit as seriously as MJ did (and I think I saw MJ live 8 or 9 times over 18 years - 1971 thru 1989 - including the last two dates of the Bad tour that I had to fly home to L.A. from college in TN to see 😁). My generation didn't get to see Elvis or James Brown in their prime (or at all), so appreciate what came before but also experience what's happening in your era.
So jealous 😢 i would always say i was born in the wrong era (1994) I wish i was born in late 60’s so i get to enjoy & witness the best era in music which is the 80’s 🥹
So strange to come across this comment while going through what im going through... im literally detoxing myself off prescription drugs so going through withdrawal is part of it.. well the one thing that makes me feel like I can get through it is listening to some of Michael's hit records!!!
Yo Quincy is really a genius in that booth. That back up 2 feet changed SO much audio wise. It makes the vocal harmonizer effect blend in so much better . And hes creating space and depth with the takes further from the mic. Then when you add panning... BEAUTIFUL
Sam LSD he got his balls removed or something that made his testosterone level extremely low to keep his voice high pitchedhis father admitted to it, no hate mike he was my idol :))
He looks so happy.. so fucking happy the way the media destroyed him turned him into a frightening shadow of his former self is fucking unbelievable he was so happy. If theres was ever a artist who made music simply to pleasure others it can be michael. RIP MIchael Jackson. My heart goes out to his kids
It's a crying shame, I tell ya. Michael wasn't allowed to be himself. He wasn't allowed to be different. It's almost like society took ownership of him and wanted to keep him a certain way. When he didn't stay in their mold, people got angry. That's too bad. He lived his life the way he wanted to live it. At the end of the day, he wasn't hurting anybody, so I never understood what the problem was. Mike was never the problem, people were, and still are.
barnesfam AGREED! Not only that but he wasn't even "allowed" to be a normal kid. Fuck he was a super star at the age of what 5? SMH. I would grow up to be a weirdo to!! Who wouldn't?
No one talks about how he was amazing at both chest and head voice. He has so much power in his voice n yet 2 mins later still managed to whisper in perfact harmony ❤
It's great to hear Michael solo those high notes with head voice, which is not easily to hear in the official version. And his head voice remains stable enough with so many repetitions, that's very impressive.
This man was not human. No human is this perfect. Everything about him is absolutely beautiful. That's the only word to describe Michael Jackson perfectly, beautiful. His voice, his smile, his eyes, his soul, his mind, his body, his purpose. He was beautiful from the inside out. He was truly an angel sent from God, and eventually God couldn't stand seeing what he had to endure anymore so he took him back, and I miss him every single day that goes by. I love you so much Michael Joseph Jackson, words cannot even begin to express what you mean to me. And I will always love you as long as I live. You are my hero!
@@SpaceRanger21yes there was lol. Also u need to the basic ability to sing for autotune to actually work. It's not gonna make shit singing sound good at all
It makes me want to cry knowing we will never meet anyone like MJ again. We were all so blessed to be able to know him as a musician, we treated him so terribly. My heart goes out to him, his work, and his legacy. I appreciate all he’s done for us. Thank you Michael 🥺🥺🥺
I wonder if today's kids (and even most adults) even know what "Pardon?" means. Michael never said "What?" when he talked to people. Never in an interview and not even in regular conversations. He was always polite which many people took as being naïve and/or a pushover. He was just being respectful. Sadly, a very rare trait nowadays.
I'm a today kid and I know very well what pardon means. I think that as soon as someone uses it in a sentence, anyone can catch on to the meaning. I admire Michael's respect for people and I try to be as respectful as possible to everyone I talk to. Michael is a great inspiration but, sadly, not many kids of my generation look to him for inspiration when they should. I'm just glad to be one of the few kids of today's generation to seek good morals and one of the few kids that looks up to Michael Jackson. He will be forever missed and loved. R.I.P. Michael Jackson.
And thank God that there are young people like you! Very few but it makes you even more valuable... you are gem. Stay the way you are and I wish you all the best in your life.
Hey Illuminati. Don't you ever get tired of being this "evil mastermind from behind the scenes"? Wouldn't you ever like to just be able to walk outside and maybe sip on some tea while sitting on the beach? You don't have to continue to terrorize our world. You can be more than what you were created to be. Stop following Satan and turn your life around.
bob robin You give me too much credit. I am just a regular dude who chose this avatar because I was in a band called "Culture of Greed". One of my concerts was shut down because the club owner was a Mason. We wrote songs to open people's eyes to the the truth of the world, not deceive them into complacency. The avatar is a statement of disgust, not a symbol of agreement.
bob robin You are one of the few that have believed my story and not attacked me after hearing it. Much respect to you for listening to my story and thank you for your faith in me.
Michael Jackson is a gift from Heaven. During his time here on Earth, he worked tirelessly to share his God-given talent with us. God bless you, Michael Jackson.❤
OMG his voice acapella.... he was an angel no lie. Really didn't belong on this corrupt planet, this place... we were lucky to have him as long as we did.
The greatest voice in all the world, and one of the greatest human beings to have ever graced this planet of ours. We miss you, Michael. The king of pop ♥️
He just seems in such personal pain... I feel like the poor guy needs a hug. He's polite and helpful, when he could be a pain and say annoying stuff like, "I'll buy this whole place if you don't like it! " kind of crap. Instead he's moving floor equipment and giving a true professional performance. We don't get quality like that often, especially recently. RIP Michael, you went too soon.
He sure was... That Kanye guy sounds like he needs therapy too, but for narcissism, instead of a lack of self esteem or poor self image. Jeez, I think KW said "someone should pay off my $50m debt because I'm the greatest artist living. " or something equally ridiculous. Sure, let's go ahead and toss KW ahead of Peter Max, Ai Wei Wei, Quentin Tarantino, or like a million other folks. He should have kept his jaws wired shut. That's when he made his only good stuff.
Nate Hill I completely agree with you that Michael was true artist&we lack such people nowadays, but as for ego thats actually what most great artists, painters, athletes have - its rather a self- confidence, trait needed to succeed, because if you do not believe in yourself, you will not do great things. Remember ppl used to say abt Picasso - ''from his talent, only his ego was bigger''. And I think Michael had big ego too, but in positive sense I just described. The difference is really in attitude - Kanye shoud just shut up& learn some manners.
He was the biggest entertainer on earth and kept apologizing like he was in his first recording session. How humble and non egotistical. Michael rules!!!!
There was autotune on at least 'Michael' and 'Xscape'. To my producers ear it sounds like it was used here. People seem to have an idea that auto tune is just what you hear in modern RnB/ Hiphop, or just know the use of autotune as an audio effect rather than more subtle pitch correction.
I was thinking this. his voice just sounds a bit..too perfect? here. there is some kind of correction to keep him within that rock steady pitch, surely. if you heard that sound come from somebody singing right in front of you it would be one of the most jarring things you ever hear in your life. if its not pitch correction (I think there is some here) there's at least some kind of chorus effect.@@peteg4957 listen at 7:30 and it seems to be the raw vocal. not quite as perfect. still absolutely great sounding voice though of course.
"While Michael was singing his lines, Steve Perry hurries into the control room, peers through the window at MJ and says, 'Am I dreaming?'" Even Steve was mesmerized!
