A fuel-injected Ford flathead V8? I'm impressed! That's an awesome idea! Thank you, Dennis Gage, for finding such a great collection of muscle cars!!!!
Thanks, Dennis. And all.. That 61 FORD special.. ! interestingly, I had a **1961 FOrd convertible for couple years at PURDUE,( boo:**352/auto, am radio, ps/ Pb, red with White top)...admittedly : the HIPO ENGINE/4 speed AND 3/2 BBLs ARE exceptional, rare........Actually there is quite a bit of Dealer / installed , options, we always heard a lot Rumors : and CHEVY, STUDEBAKER ALSO......
Dennis, you should checkout the meltdown vintage drag races at byron il, its every 3rd weeken in july...its 1966 and earlier muscle cars late 40s-50s gassers, vintage dragsters...i went 2 weeks ago,i had a blast
I don't think my dad is any more paperwork for it but my dad had a 61 Ford Starliner with the small 390 caught on fire next to my house and he sold it when I was a little boy love to know what that happened to that car purely curious
I could not have those cars and not drive them. If i had that kind of money i would drive the wheels off of them and rebuild them. I know they are only original once but i would drive them like Jay Leno does.
