I used to have a 964 (a lowly but lovely C2 manual coupe) and the way it seems to breathe as you drive it slowly is exactly the same. These cars are incredible and absolutely worthy of the high esteem in which they are held.

You're right about a classic 911 in black. The way the light plays off the curves is something special.

Oh, I own same one, 1992, 964RS, Ruby stone red, genuine 4300km only, kept in dry garage, full original, no modification at all!!

I have a b5 s4 Avant built to 500+hp, by my mechanic and good friend and he is in process of restoring a 930. He told me, just rebuilding the engine is costing more than my whole project car, and he will still be much slower than me. I told him I wouldn't mind being slower in a 930, he's gonna have much more fun than I could in twisted back roads. I'd switch anytime for one 👌

911 964 and any comments are useless. This car does non need any attorney like all the new cars. Here exhaust pipe is an exhaust pipe, sound of engine comes from engine and when You drive it, it is You driving it and not all the systems doing a job for you. Ps. Luke - we need more like this on your Channel please 😀💪

Dude - I get your happiness. I have a 964RS unmolested very low mileage which I just LOVE and do drive. I also have a daily 1990 964 sunroof delete in mint condition with 35k km (22k miles) and I have messed up that car with a bunch of crazy crap to make it fun - Bilsteins, strut stabilizer, exhaust delete, chip, wheels, Recaro sport seats... All the normal stuff. But the RS is on another level. It feels so light compared with the normal 964C2 -- Like a different car totally. I can imagine the NGT is on another level again. BTW: In America, nobody says thanks after I waive either... I understand your frustration :).

With regard to this greeting/thank you from the drivers, it really depends on where you live in Switzerland! Here in the Jura everybody says thank you, people are more open minded here... just the opposite of Zurich haha, but in general in Switzerland everybody does it, you're not lucky 🤣

I've been waiting for this ever since you teased us with that little peak under the cover! There is no better car in the world. There is something about that old school, all-mechanical Porsche sound. I could honestly just put this video on in the background, put my headphones on, and fall asleep listening to the sounds of that engine. It's just magical. I don't need anything new. Seems this Eglisau route is your standard route #2 after Sattelegg. But this route has more potential! Drive Zurich - Kloten - Gerlisberg - Pfungen - on Hubstrasse (passing by the most picturesque winery near Zurich) - Rüdlingen - Eglisau - and then wonderful forest road Schachemerstrasse to Höri.
