I doubt you’ll get performance boost as in more hp but Upgrading your grounds and other electrical wiring such as “big 3” is never a bad thing especially if you have added anything that puts extra strain on your electrical system
Yes ran before and after the install but wouldn’t change how car starts regardless of gimmick or not , because realistically won’t gain anything but looks
