Those U2 must have drawn quite the reaction, haven’t had the pleasure of seeing on in person, but have had plinth of flyovers with the B2 and f/a-18 super hornets. Excellent videography man, great job
The only channel on RU-vid where I NEVER find the volume too loud^^ Very immersive, just turn up your TV and get blasted while in lockdown, smoking comfortably in your living room! I love it
@@Ethan-tq4ce No, as far as I know, they were retired from military service a long time ago. Our B-29 Superfortresses got a similar fate; should note that I'm American
If you noticed, the B2 spirit was accompanied by two F15 eagles, the reason for this is so its position can be tracked by radar, (but you probably knew that anyway) !
Oohhwowooo!! I LOVE those howling screeching sound of the flybys; music to my ears. Earpiece plugged in and volume turned up! Fantastic!! Thanks for sharing!
Yeah, that is the U-2. Only two of them were shot down: one over the Soviet Union in 1960, and another during the Cuban Missile Crisis a couple years later
I got to see a B1 Lancer today..... wow! Also, a B-29, B-25, T-38, F-16, F-18 and a C17 (plus a KC135 and C130, both common here). On the ground: F-22s, F-35, an A-10..... no C-5 this year but I'm fine with that 👍
@@Thetequilashooter1 I've never been lucky enough to see a B-2 in person, but I was shocked when I found out that it was 17 feet tall and had a wingspan of 172 feet -- in other words, it is huge ;v;
@@adrianradu2332 ah ok. That makes sense. I was wondering about that since both countries are extremely technologically tight on keeping it's secrets to itself.
When I was a kid, my dad would get the projector and slides out, he'd be turning in his grave to tech like we have now but I have very fond memories of Old Airshows, these guys are just show offs lol lol
That would be the "whip" red arrow jet I think, watching they're in good formation from above and they get some cracking photos of the rare flypasts too
I've never seen one only like 6 helicopters the ones with the perpelers on one side and one on another side one time I seen two of them at the same time
I get it now. You don't pay a penny for access to the airshow, unlike the rest of us, BUT you get the BEST footage ever and share it for FREE on here... Ok, I'm fine with that. Keep up the good work sir. 👍😀
Haven't seen any aircraft fly over my hometown in so long, apart from a few red arrows several month back. Other than that, nothing :( I haven't seen an airshow in 17 years either, watching these videos is making me so hungry to watch more live! Once things are up and running again I can't wait to go to an airshow like this!
@@sharklify Hey man. Yeah I went to see 3 airshows last year, and only 1 this year. Saw the battle of Britain memorial flight every time too, loved it.
In California we have the Capital City Airshow in Sacramento and Beale AFB is close by. Every year we get to see the U2. You have to appreciate how loud it actually is when it's taking off. It's very docile in the air. Seems like every year I go they did a touch and go and almost straight verticle climb and it was deafening. The new F-35's are also extremely loud.
@@bobsurgranny As an American, I'm honestly pretty jealous that you got to see a U-2. One of the greatest jets I've ever seen was the SR-71C at a certain museum in Utah ;v;
Magnificent! Highly professional image quality. Subtitles to give the names of the planes presented progressively would be useful. I recognized several russe and even Soviet planes, Did I guess correctly? Thank you for this magnificent spectacle. Magnifique!
