I can't think of why there would be any weapon as rare as the pumpkin launcher (Other than the obvious pay2win weapons which are no longer obtainable) the only way to obtain it is to complete the costume survivour section in the collection book that requires 3 unique Halloween survivours! The Smasher, the Lobber, and the infamous TROLL!

I was actually able to get all the survivors for the Jack o Launcher during STW's first ever birthday event from the birthday llamas which was so incredibly lucky.

Yes its more rare than Mythics, since Mythics can be obtained all year round and the Launcher can only be obtained During the Halloween event and if you're LUCKY you can get these Costume atendees from Birthday Llamas! and this is the rarest obtainable schematic, ofcourse Nocturno remains as the most rare in game

Having the noc and jacko schematic I’d argue legacy schematics are rarer I own some too. Went through a stage of trading , sourcing and collecting rare/modded and legacy weapons and I’m willing to bet I have some of the ‘rarest’ in the game. I’ll also argue the fact genuine legacy weapons are rarer then any modded as you had to be playing the game along time ago whereas anyone who has the knowledge and skill to mod can produce weapons as they please. This said theoretically speaking legacy scavenger schematics are probably the rarest in the game with them being the first event .

I started around 2 weeks or so ago and I didn't realize what the collection book was for until now and found out I had all 3 survivors so I got the jack o launcher. Apparently it's good so I'm going to try leveling it up.
