Rasa Kaalan || Guruvayur Rasa Kaalan || Traditional Veg Curry Recipe in Tamil

hello friends
here is a traditional veg recipe for you. Rasa Kaalan.. Made with Vegetables, Tamarind and Butter Milk.. Just try and enjoy the taste..!!
Ingredients
Ash Gourd - 200gm
Yellow Pumpkin - 200gm
drumsticks - 150gm
(instead of these vegetables you can take cucumber, raw banana, brinjal, carrot, Yam.. etc...)
Tamarind Water - 1 cup
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Butter Milk - 1 cup
fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
pepper - 3/4 tsp
raw rice - 1 tsp
red chilly - 3 nos
coconut - 1 cup
green chilly - 2 nos
water - to grind
curry leaves
jaggery - 2 tbsp.
for seasoning:-
coconut oil - 3 tbsp.
mustard seeds - 1 1/2 tsp
fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tsp
red chilly - 2 nos
curry leaves
