Thank you Ms. parul for this video and the awesome tips.☺️☺️ I have seen a lot of people asking the measurements for 2 litres milk. I made this today with 2litres milk. To make the chena: I used double lime juice + water(2+2).. if the milk isn't splitting, then add 1 tbsp of the mixture more. I got close to 2 cups chena... I used 2 tsp cornflour for 2 cups chena Chashni : I used 1.5 cups of sugar and 7.5 cups of water.. The cooking time, at each stage, I added 2 more min to the time Ms.Parul has told in the video... It was super soft n super spongy. When made it the first time, it was soft but it would break when we press it. I had left the chena under weight for too long and the kneading wasn't enough. Hope these tips help others.
