Sheed came up in a time where they wanted the players to where suits and be ultra professional. Not that Sheed was not. But the league wasn’t as player friendly as it is now. But the real ones know bout Sheed. He was mean and nasty on the block. His turnaround fade away on either block over any shoulder was unstable and dare I say he was one of the first stretch fours. And he could shoot it with the left as well as the right hand with consistency. Sheed is definitely one my all time favorite players.

Sheed was hardcore on the court from the time we seen him in UNC blue until the time he was on his 4th or 5th team in the NBA. He always produced. He was passionate about every contest he was in for ball whether preseason or deep in the playoffs. We miss his anger and in your face D up. Hella blocks we don't see many dudes make who don't primarily play center.

I grew up in Cleveland, so I got to see a ton of Detroit basketball. Front row seat to the Cavs Pistons rivalry, which was a great one in 2004-2008ish. Such a fan of His Sheedness. Rasheed is great and I'm such a fan and respect his game so much.

First thing I noticed Rasheed said "I'm involved in some privare small businesses in the community..." Gald he's doing some real work.. On the flip side, I recently sent my business plan upon request to Gilbert Arenas & it was then turned down. On top of that, Gil said he would make an order with my business this summer. By the time I recently checked with him on the order, my Mother became ill with COVID. So I asked Gil if he could help me go see my close to dying Mother instead of making a summer order with my business & he said "I don't give money to people like that." & "I don't care." So....it makes me feel good to see a former NBA player actually helping small businesses & the community. Salute Rasheed Wallace !! Keep up the great works & much blessings to you. And same to Gilbert Arenas. Although I was disappointed in Gil, I hold no ill will towards him.
