Our women especially are the least healthy amongst us. Obesity and diabetes is devastating our women. We spend billions a year on imported medications to treat diabetes, obesity , high blood pressure etc, almost all due to diet. Why aren’t Jamaicans growing their own vegetables and fruits and raising their own livestock? They’re in a warm climate and could grow their own produce all year round.

Beautiful however do not allow the Government to sell or give you their GM Seeds in the name of 'Agricultural'. advice as their seeds are pre programmed and HYBRID. Seek earnestly the source and benefits of outsiders as we have suffered this downfall because we trusted too soon too much. On a uplifting note now I heartfelt want to say it truely is a wonderfulness to see this still happening as a child at 12 I overstood ones and ones and now I am mid 50's and still trodding the trod.
