ah yes the ol red wagon- we used to coast em down a huge hill and race each other while playing smashup derby on the way down!😆 ramming each other to try to push each other over- got lot's of roadrash and had the times of our lives!

Because of y’all I’m currently in the progress of making my on wagon rat rod! Even have a 5hp brigs and strat old flathead motor! Picked up a nice kart for 50$ only needed a motor!
Holy crap! Pulling Charlie around reminds me of when I was about 7 or 8, and had a Radio Flyer wagon tied on a rope behind my bicycle, and got my little toddler brother in his diaper (and that was all... no pants, no shirt, no shoes) in that wagon. I thought it would be fun to take a corner fast, and have him and the wagon slide out behind me. Unfortunately, the wheels dug in, and it flipped over, sending him scooting across gravel on an asphalt corner. Skinned him up really bad. I STILL feel horrible about that, and that was like 65 years ago. I have to say, you guys remind me so much of myself when I was your age. Please know, at 72, I am having so much enjoyment, reliving my youth, vicariously through watching you guys. Awesome channel guys. Totally awesome.
The Bumper car would make an excellent monster truck or poor man's UTV. Just build a chassis under it with big tires, full suspension, 4wheel drive, add a roll cage, and it would look badass and would be the talk of every show or meetup. Yall have to do it! lol.
Weld a piece of tubing with an inner diameter of the wagons hitch bolt on the inside of the trailer handle, that way there is no movement where you tow!
Western Flyer was the brand used by Western Auto stores for their bikes, trikes & wagons. Western Auto was a great store - I loved going there with my Dad in the late 1960s.
Good job on the western flyer that is really cool looks so good with the cart. But all the stuff ya'll build looks cool. Pate looks like a very cool place that is a dream to go there and buy a lot of vintage stuff. Great video thanks for sharing
You guys should try to make it to the vintage motor bike club meet in Portland Indiana in June. It starts the 22nd and goes until the 25th. All sorts of vintage minibikes, and scooters and bicycles and lots of parts for sale there every year. My family and I will be there the entire week just hanging out and riding our 2 vintage cushman eagles. It's a blast! Hope to see you guys there!!
When I was 14 I found a beach cruiser in the garbage so I decided to grab it and fix her up. She turned out beautifully and it was a western flyer from the Golden days !
Pretty cool little trailer there, though sucks for the passenger getting lungfuls of engine oil, might want to make the exhaust a side-facing setup, just to spit it out away from the rear... :P
You guys should think about tricking out that wagon Charlie found the same way you did the other one, then you could hook it up to the back of the other wagon and pull both of them around.👍👍
For those that mat not know Western flyer was an old western auto brand i was fortunate to have been able to shop at a western auto in the 90's To the best of my knowledge all the western auto stores are gone now

My first experience going happy go lucky was sitting in a utility cart, steering just like that and wrapping some bailing wire around a stick and securing it to the back panel as a brake so it would rub against the back wheels
My dad got me a Western Flyer Wagon for Christmas in 1960. It Now lives in my room with a glass sheet over the "N" scale RXR loop around the village in the bed of my wagon.
Just my 2 cents guys, but I myself would go with the 5.3 instead of the 6lt . The 5.3 is so much more reliable and way cheaper and easier to get parts for !!
And you can make darn near the power of a 6lt with the 5.3. I see peeps making 1500+ rwhp with a set of twins and a Holly Dominator... Look out !! The 5.3 is the New Fox Body's of motors !! Hahaha
You could totally turn that trailer into a little electric gokart. Nothing fast, but just fast enough to be basically a power assisted wagon and putt around
you guys missed a trick using those rails on the frame as a mont for using the bucket either size....some coach bolts and a couple inch metal inserts underneath would of done the job......
If you don't mind spend the morning or LS possible fit except the heads the Springs the guides exhaust valves intake valves all that stuff works on it SMX
