Both Lee and Jax had god awful positioning almost the entire game. That wasn't a Poppy counter or anything, just inflated elo accounts played by bad players.

I think Rat's used to people griefing him so hard at this point. Every stream he's got fanboys inting him more games than not. That's why he plays solo queue so well, he's used to 1v9'ing games at a higher mmr than 99% of League players couldn't dream of reaching. Pretty sure Earl has said he would be dog shit in an organized team situation, though. He's traumatized from all the inting/doesn't work well with actual teams.

The most common lie told in the league community is that your teammates get better as you get higher rank... on one hand it's true, but they also get better at griefing, and the enemy team is better players who can punish harder. I see more griefing in d1+ than I ever do when I'm smurfing.

Brand's passive doesn't scale with ap. DC is too expensive. Utility items are the best on brand instead of just flat dmg

Brand has fantastic base damage, kinda shit scalings. So, the AP isn't worth as much on him as most other AP scaling champs. Hence, zhonyas might in some situations be more worth it. Most of his damage comes from Ult, burn, and passive. Burn has no AP ratio it does %hp damage, ult has a 25% ratio, and passive scales 2% max HP per 100 AP. So Dcap only nets like 75 damage on ult, and 6% max HP damage. Not bad; however, compared to a champion like Zoe with a 150% ratio on Q, the AP is worth a lot less. That being said, it is still worth getting. Just not a priority.

Not high enough value, as the AP-Ratios on Brand aren't that high, so the utility from the alternatives is usually worth about the same, but costs less, making them the better choice in most situations. At least from how i understand it (just Gold, so not much better :) ).
