this is the most creepily adorable thing ever

This is the one Ratboy Genius video that is not mildly disturbing in it's own right. On the contrary, it's quite touching. But when you think about it, that only makes you feel more puzzled... Watching this, you realize the channel takes itself 100% seriously. Ratboy Genius is not some sort of intentionally bad joke, the creator puts all their effort and creativity into it. It's clear that the animation and voice acting are sub-par quality, but in a way... it all still manages to have a special charm. At a first glance, you feel as if though you shouldn't actually be *liking* Ratboy Genius, but once you give it a little patience, it just seems so hard to ever dislike.

Summer Solstice Baby got mad salty at that Homestuck fanart. And the part when everyone groaned when Little King John was mentioned gave me a good laugh. He's a good character but I don't understand why he's the fan favorite.

Out of all the youtubers, you'd never expect a weird side of RU-vid youtuber to make a fanart tribute. This sort of makes me rethink the weird side of RU-vid. It's just normal people making weird things for a laugh.

Green Monster is so thoughtful and.. deep? He's by far my favorite.

I don't know why ratboy genius' videos always make me so emotional. I feel like crying watching most of them. This is amazing. There is something about the raw emotion in this. I know it is very artificial. But I think that this is what alien or artificial intelligences would sound like when trying to duplicate human feelings. There is kindness to it.

I used to think this channel was weird until I realized the creative and cute concept of it. Congrats! You've come far!

When I first saw this stuff, I thought it was a joke. It was the one with LKJ and his castle with the potato knishes. I thought, "wtf, why would someone think this is interesting? The animation is bad, and it's just creepy," that is, until I started looking through his other videos. I realized that this was not a joke, and that this is a legit series. I just kinda skimmed through the videos, and they are kind of charming. For what it's worth, you seem to be very successful, and though the animation is less than mediocre, it is what makes it more charming. Also, the songs in the videos are quite catchy. Nice work. I wouldn't even know where to begin to try to animate.

I too found Ratboy Genius out through Potato Knishes. Honestly, I love this series. Nobody will ever know how much I really like it. Also, the fan art is extraordinary. I can seriously imagine Ratboy Genius existing in our own universe. I kind of want to do a spin-off but I know that it's such a huge franchise. My favorite character is Happyman, closely followed by Little King John. I really like to imagine Ratboy Genius as an ambassador to and explorer of all different dimensions. Bravo, Ratboy Genius. You have inspired us all.

Words cannot describe how much of a great show this is. The visuals are so haunting, but the storyline is very aesthetic; some of the visuals hear look rushed, but the plot says otherwise. The efforts put into this whole series makes you think, "Is my vision of the world flawed, or is the world just flawed?" Artistic visuals mixed in with brilliant stories. I don't know what to say, thank you for this story; thank you for teaching me what I didn't already know. I wish you much luck with this series.

Ratboy Genius is one of the best- if not the best- web animations that I've ever seen. I've figured out some of the songs on the piano, and after watching this I really want to make some fan art of all the characters. You should keep on making this series, it's art. Even the character designs, which some people say are creepy, I find well-fitting and tasteful. I'm probably rambling, but there is some serious talent here, and that is evident. You deserve a million subscribers!

I feel like I'll never understand the magic and the mystery of ratboygenius. I feel like he just animates whatever comes to his mind, no filter. In doing that it might be some sort of insight into the human subconscious. Whether of not I'm overthinking it, it's all very unique.

The best thing about this is that they showed really experienced artists works and they also showed new artists works. It makes me so happy.!
