Anderson just seems to get better and better the more he settles. But special mention for Jota Silva, dude has thrown himself in and has the makings of a fan favorite.

Unfortunately the signings don’t mean much if Nuno doesn’t use them😕. Sosa and Moreno in particular should start for me.

Liked most of the signings. I think Anderson will become an important player for us. Not disappointed that we didn't get another keeper, especially since I think Ramsdale is overrated. I'd like to see Sels and Miguel can do over the season. Agreed on the striker part, but also delighted we didn't get another Origi just for the sake of it.

Ageee Ramsdale underperforms his post shot xG… you don’t need a brilliant ball playing keeper… peoples ideals are tainted by Pep ball. Villa are flying they are ranked 16th for touches in the league and do not have control or possession much.

I like Miguel and I do think Ramsdale is overrated to an extent but who would you rather have an unproven Brazilian league goalkeeper or a Premier League proven keeper who can do it against the top teams

Anderson great signing at 21yrs old. Moreno and Ward Prowse great loan signings, both proven in the prem, would i take them permanant?...probably not. Milenkovic seems a bargain buy, will deff strengthen us at the back. The rest are unproven in the prem, will need to see more to judge them imo. To have been a great window, obviously a striker was needed and another Cdm imo. Overall though it as given us strength and depth and a chance to compete, which i didnt think we had especially the first season. Gives us options for different formations.

Striker (maybe x2) and Keeper will be the focus of 25/26 signings plus replacements of anyone that gets snapped up. As for this summer it’s been a great performance by the recruitment team. (Just wish they could have landed a striker). Dont be so quick to dismiss the existing players like Elanga and Williams just because they aren’t so shiny and new anymore. We need some players that stay and develop over 3-5 years not 3-5 months.

I thought that we hugely improved the squad overall, but with less improvement to the first 11. Malenkovic is a slight improvement over Boly, but the latter is superb too. Anderson is an improvement over Dominguez, but I still really rate Dominguez and surely Danilo will get his place back when he returns? Then look at the other signings; both Jota and Sosa are great but not necessarily better than Elanga or CHO. Miguel is being kept out by Sels and who are Murato, Carmo, Moreno and Ward-Prowse going to replace? They are all good players and much needed to improve the squad and give it depth. But without injuries, it's essentially the same starting 11 as last season but with Malenkovic over Boly. And obviously still without signing a new striker.

I don’t see the new signings as replacements (ie: Jota for Elanga) I see them as options. Speaking of Jota - get him doing striker training. That’s the position we’re weakest at.

Best player signed is a tough call. I suspect most of us will opt for Anderson straightaway, but Milenkovic has settled in like he’s been here for years already, and we already look so much more solid at the back for having him there. In time we might find that Silva, Sosa, JWP, Miguel, Moreno or Moreira is the sleeper 10/10 buy, they all have the potential from what we know so far. Anderson is a baller and can have an impact all over the pitch, so for now he shades it over Milenkovic, but not by much!

100% agree few unknowns. The window was in Nuno’s image of a defensive minded coach…Think Milenkovic will be captain once he learns English and the striker situation going forward means spending £50 million plus for a proper striker or chancing £10 millions on younger strikers from smaller leagues.

Not sure if the video will alter my perspective but I think it has been a good transfer window. It doesn't feel like we have signed eleven players, probably because it hasn't felt so panicked. The one negative is not getting a striker, not because I don't like the strikers we have but because of the concerns over injuries which have been raised several times. If I was going to rate the window I'd probably go 8.5/10. If I am rating who is going to be the biggest impact, it depends on short term or long term. In terms of long term, probably the best of all the acquisitions. If we are going immediate impact, I'd probably have to say either Sosa or Jota Silva.

Jota Silva for me should be our new Striker. Yes, I know he's officially a winger, but his performance in the Carabão Cup was sensational, and the goal he scored was just superb. He would have absolutely no problem at all fulfilling the Striker role. Àlex Moreno has been on fire since he arrived. Let's just hope he can keep it up for the rest of the season. Carlos Miguel HAS to start in goal. Yes, Sels is good, but keeping a clean sheet has proven to be problematic for him. Carlos needs a chance to prove himself. The only problem and barrier with all of these new signings is Nuno. Too afraid to play them in the starting 11, and then leaving it WAY WAY too late in the game to bring them on as subs, which means they haven't got any time left in the match to make an impact. Why sign any of them if Nuno won't play them?

I think Nuno needs to make better subs this season if we want to ensure we’re not part of the relegation battle. He’s never really made good subs. Needs to be subbing Jota, Sosa and Yates at the 70th min at the latest not the 80th-90th. I’ve always loved Yates but never thought he was technically gifted enough for the prem but he has improved so much over the summer, if him and Sangare both stay in the same form they’re in now then Yates will be a better option to start honestly. Sangare can’t pass the ball the save his life. We also need to be starting Moreno, Milenkovic and Anderson. I love Danilo as much as every Forest fan but I honestly think Anderson is better and he understands he’s been given a very lucky chance (purely in terms of starting games) to prove himself here when the plan was start Danilo and slowly integrate him more and more and see if he’s a better fit and I think he’s gonna make the most out of this situation. As for Miguel I don’t think he’ll be starting anytime soon. I would’ve liked to have beaten Newcastle in the Carabao purely to give him and a few other new signings game time however I don’t mind fully focusing on the prem and avoiding more potential injuries. Apologies for the essay.

Very good window with good signings everywhere on the pitch, except centre forward position. Jota is great value for money. If Forest had paid £20 m to £30 to him nobody would have been surprised. He’s very versatile forward that can be used useful. Also like our new Serbian defender Milo. He looks like he’s going to be an enforcer, a tough cookie that will stand firm in the centre of defence.

So glad we didn't panic buy a Striker who didn't want to come. Uncle Nuno wanted more depth in wings and midfield ☑️ More importantly moved players on and got some out on loan atleast. Retained core of squad which is building a strong team culture. Goalkeeper situation now is far better than last season. Goals will need to come from other sources rather than leaning on Wood. Go for a Striker in next window when players see how well Forrst are going COYR!

Miguel's kicking was great against Newcastle. Above sels for me. Sosa was excellent also against Newcastle. Dont get the jwp signing. I think weve had a great window, apart from getting a striker. I just want nuno to use the players correctly now.

The one thing I would take issue with is saying that Wood is injury prone . He was involved in 31 games last season. I do however think that due to his age ,there should be a far lesser burden on him to play as often as he does.

Best player we have signed this window will be Mereno or Jotta or Ward-Prowse.. if we play them WEMUST sort out the MGW / Wood issue… I’m going to go for Jotta…..ah no I forgot de silva and sosa…. I’ll stick with Jotta. 9/10 for him, 8.5 for the rest, goalie maybe 7.5. Try Miguel at scouse land. Shit forgot about Anderson, he’s a 9 but I think Jotta will out shine him just, and Milenkovic 8.5…. We have not seen the Benfica CB as he’s probably an 8;but we don’t know.

Anderson, Milenkovic, Moreno and Jota have been the standouts in the games I’ve watched. Jury is out on Sosa, not seeing the hype. He’s positive but his first touch and end product have been dodgy. He’s not fast for a winger either.

7/10… I think a tad less volume and a tad more quality pushes it to an 8/10… and an U23 striker with pace with high ceiling would have made it a 10/10. We bought in two centre backs late and they could be hindsight buys where Murillo goes next year one of them slots in nicely and we look back on this window as the one that solidified us as EPL for the next decade.

We cant rate it yet. Thats because we simply have not faced top tier opposition in the league. Christiano woodinio is doing his job and is hardly a geriatric at 32? I rate him higher than all the prospects this window. Id say 9 out of 10 maybe 😂

I totally disagree about the GK, first of all i dont think we need one. And apart from that we just signed Miguel from a country we do business with. and he has to get a chance before buying another GK. How we gonna go in December and sign the new Murillo,Scarpa etc in Brazil ? " Hey mate sign here and come to live your dream in NFFC , well the last one we bought we send him out of the team without giving him a chance to play , but you sign for us and pray for the best " like this who will sign ? Lets give Miguel a chance first , if no there is no point we bought him.

Still too soon. Ur replace Nico Williams program has taken over any idea you had. eg. Not seen much of the gk to give him proper rating, your words, but you can with Moreira?? You've not seen near enough of him either.
