It's a good rating system if you make 5/10 "average" it was slightly above average. I don't like the system of 7/10 as average because it leaves too much room for bad and not enough room for something really good.
I’d rate that breakfast a 10/10! Come on…it’s a hotel that serves complimentary hot breakfast!!! I’m always super grateful for a hotel with hot breakfast 😆
@@moeunleashed1684 I think she rates them by comparing them to breakfast in general, and that's why her ratings are so low. If she was only comparing them to how hotel breakfasts are in general, I think the ratings would be way higher. If nothing else, the sheer variety in this one was amazing. Not the best I've seen, but it's definitely up there
The funky flavor may have been the packaged syrup instead of the French toast, Lisa. At least, that's how I experience quick-serve syrups packaged like that. Never as good as maple syrup or log cabin pancake syrup 👌👍
This is a fun series, can’t wait to see more! Only a 5/10 rating though? This looks like a pretty good breakfast for a hotel haha, I’m curious to see what a higher rated hotel breakfast would look like.
you’re probably not going to see this but if you do..YAYY lol whenever i watch your videos i get hungry. it’s just something about your food combinations that look so appetizing lol it’s like an asmr for me 😂thanks for the great content!!
9/10, that 1 point would be docked off for the funky tasting syrup. Everything else looks amazing and left me really hungry at 6am (I haven't gone to bed yet)
Lisa: really liked the ham eggs thing, pop tart bites gave me nostalgia from high school, I saw this cool microwave thing, and got a childhood drink. Loved it over all- 5/10
i went on a long road trip a few years ago and my family made it a game to see what hotel had the best breakfast man i really miss hotel breakfasts they never get old
@@anushkashrivastava8107 South Indian food really adds a big plus in the breakfast area. Because all north Indian items are heavy, so their combination at a breakfast buffet is just a match made in heaven.
These are cheap or middle of the road hotels/motels in America and usually free. But yeah in general breakfast is better in most countries in Asia. Lots of Americans just have coffee and a piece of toast
Lisa : grabbing only the amount she could eat. Me: Aiming for all the food packets and trying to raid all the food counters. Putting as much as food as I can inside my clothes. And lastly, dumping everything I could managed to grab in the hotel room. Phew! That's a lot of work. But it's worth it. You are done for a week.😂
That looks very good! This will probably be lost in the comments, but have you stayed in Texas at a hotel that has a waffle maker that makes waffles into the shape of Texas? The first time I stayed at one that had that was when my family was in the process of moving again (my dad served in the army for 28 years) and I swear I fell in love with Texas then because of the awesome food and really nice people 🥰 if I get to take a weekend out at the beach, I get so excited if they’re breakfast has the Texas-shaped waffle maker 😂
I haven’t seen a slidy drawer microwave but we’re house hunting right now and a house we saw yesterday had one with a door that swung down like an oven, we thought it was just some half hieght oven at first.
I was so confused when I went to Lowes to get a washer and looking around I saw a microwave but couldnt open it. It was a drawer microwave? And I panicked when I couldnt close it XD
I really wanna go to Des Moines, Iowa cuz that's the origin place of my favourite band, Slipknot and apparently they're really well known in Iowa, also I wanna visit the places in Des where they use to perform and stuff. And corn, lots of corn, I love corn 🌽 Maybe they have corn with butter
