I just picked up another one it's a GT Saleen and I knew right away how great the car would be because I have already owned about five of them one being a Mach 1 but they are just so reliable virtually Bulletproof
The only reason 2010 gets hate is due to the 2011 getting the 5.0 engine overall. The 4.6L is a bullet-proof engine and can be modified to make some respectable power
I love mine too. Not as much potential but i watched my buddy whip everyones ass in it in a racing bracket. It was 100% hes a great driver with an AA racing license against people who didnt know how to launch but have powerful cars. Cause we should of lost the first race if any of them knew what they were doing.
How do you like it I’m looking at one right now for 12.5 with 120kb on the dash? Worth the cop ? Buying it for a Sunday driver my daily is a 18 sonata se super amazing on gas bought it new almost at 100k no problems
@@SAVAGEGANGFILMZ very fun car to drive but if your looking for speed then get a 2011. Same body style but its got a 5.0 with 100 extra hp. And i got my 2010 for 10.5k with 130k miles on it so thats a good deal
The 4.6 (except for the upgraded terminator one) is a garbage engine for power. The only thing going for it is that it’ll forever be one of the best sounding muscle car engines.
'11 and '12 deserve much better than Decent. First introduction of the 5.0 Coyote? You gotta be kidding. It was a game changer back then and I still think the best looking modern Stang was the '10-'12 refresh. '13 and '14 had a better tail but i liked the 10-12 front end a fair bit more.
Got a convertible 2010 gt for my first car and i cant be any happier plenty of bells and whistles, s197 body style is beautiful, and purrs line a kitty
Good thing I drive a 2020 GT😏Even though I don’t understand why 2018-2021 would be in different categories… Only distinguishing factor is that in 2019 they introduced Rev Match.. I could be wrong
This is accurate though. 05-09 is my favorite though. So far every car I’ve owned still doesn’t give me the feeling that car gave me. It’s literally such a raw car. Feels like you are driving a classic but it’s modern.
The 2018 I had was flawless. I dogged tf out of it and barely changed the oil. Only complaint I ever had was the radio having a slight lag sometimes. And ive always been a Chevy guy. That’s still the only ford I’ve ever owned to this day
I have an 07. All white with a black top and I love it. It's perfect and 7 is not only my favorite number but it's my lucky number. When I hit the lottery this year. I'll be back to show you guys my new mustang 😁
you forgot 96-98 being bad lol, coming from a 96 owner the first few generations of NPI 2 valves are the worst to maintain and keep running. Hence why I'm about to 302 or 351 swap mine
SN95 single handedly modernized Mustangs with ohv, 4v modular(2v/3v didn't take off and coyotes are based on 90s Lincoln/SVTs, vert taillights, were actually very reliable and innovative 5 lug, 4 disc brakes, 94 motor trend car of the year, 30 year anniversary, modern interior/exterior, lightweight, can swap performance and interior from 94 to 04
@@superstallion97 oh yea i know, i kinda think of the 2v, 3v, and 4v as the grandfathers to the coyote and voodoo and such as they all seem very similar. i ended up ditching the SBF idea on my 96 and went with a 4v lol
Technically the 11/12 are the 1st gen coyotes which have noticeable issues especially with cam phasers. The 13/14 is considered a 1.5 gen coyote motor with stronger internal components in the motor making it a bit more reliable
@@Boba_fehtt my 11 makes 700whp so what issues are you referring to. Also they all make the same whp from 11-14 so whoever your getting your info from is crazy as hell
@@jfiler21 the ford dealership mechanics say this. But you took it as “your personal car making 700 blah blah blah is personally effected.. NO. That isn’t what there saying. As with any recall you may OR MAY NOT be effected by the issue. But as it happened to a majority of 1st gen coyotes it gets the stigma. Happy to hear your is personally not effected but don’t go parading your car around like you’ve never heard of a recall before.. don’t be a typical mustang guy basically 🙂
2020 Ford Mustang is actually the best year. GT350, GT500, and PP2 GT (very underrated). Fun fact, it’s the only one with two Shelby models sold by Ford. Ever. The first gen GT350 ended the year before the first gen GT500 began. And both of the S550 Shelby’s are legendary cars. But I have a feeling that 2026 is going to be absolutely mental. GTD, Dark Horse, GT350 (prototype spotted with center exit exhaust), GT500 (S650 test mule spotted with a wide body kit, carbon fiber wheels and a DROP TOP) and possibly even a Boss 429.
