@@pav3039 The desert camo is actually known as the M04 pattern. It's used by Finnish UN peacekeepers stationed in desert environments. If you're a normal conscript it might as well not exist.
@@turnip5359 because when their pattern was designed they didn't plan for full-scale war outside their border. It's designed to blend in with swamps and forests along their western border.
@turnip5359 The 'orcs' camo or EMR camouflage is not dark, it's literally just green. Plus, that's necessary anyhow. You don't want to stick out like a sore thumb. And obviously their uniforms aren't too dark, because in photos [taken] during the day they match the color of the surrounding plants and vegetation. Also, stop using Ukrainian propaganda terms. They are very annoying. Orc is exactly that.
Indian here.. We are not a big fan of the pattern either. The previous French pattern kicked ass. We just changed it because it was high time we changed uniform pattern from old British dress shirts tucked into pleated dress pants WW2 style combat uniform to a modern US style (untucked top over t-shirt and cargo pants) uniform. We thought why not change the camouflage pattern as well. And here we are.
You dont mean that Chief. UCP was awful. "Digital pattern" just means a pattern that was designed by a computer. UCP is the bad example, but MARPAT is the good one. CADPAT is also good, as is the Italian pixel multicam. UCP was a bad color, not a bad pattern. Its okay I still love you tho
Im an egyptian, let me explain. The first one is a spinoff of DCU, the exact same as the US DCU just made in house 2nd one is Desert Rocks, Egyptian SOF pattern from the 60s-present. Every SOF in egypt maintains a stock of desert rock outfits, they are simply a statement saying “im special forces, do something about it” than they are an effective camoflague. Its more honorary than effective. Think of a green beret wearing a green beret. Not effective, just status. However, egypt does make extensive use of many other camouflages namely AOR 2 and arid MCAM. Back when the rest of the world was in the GWOT, egyptian SF began experimenting with tigerstripe patterns (they were bad).
You claimed that Indian camo works very good but then hates the Ukrainian even though it also works very good in their country The double standard here
Indian troops were actually adopting British MTP but government didn't wanted foreign pattern and also with limited time they ended up with that makeshift camo😬😬
Regarding Egypt DCU is used by ordinary infantrymen (I served in the infantry) Woodland pattern by paratroopers the uniform you showed was for Sa'ka forces a special forces corps
Here's the deal...most other countries, make their camouflage uniforms, to match their own home environments! Whereas, the USA needs multiple different camoflage uniforms, to fight in other people's environments!😅
I like the Ukrainian combat uniform but I prefer the Russian EMR cause I like the dark green a lot more than that shitty lighter green-grey colour that they use. Both are similar (which is why we’ve seen coloured armbands being used) but I think the Russian uniform looks better. I’d give Ukraine 7/10 personally.
Woodland camo never goes outta style and it's OK 4 anybody to wear.. I believe if ur not in the military you shouldn't have the honor of wearing any updated active unif Urban is military legal 4 civilians aswell.. Just like the army can't wear the navy or marine uniforms and tray versa Its just respectful
I really like Indias camo actually. It looks like jungle cam, and digicam tried to have a baby. And somebody cheated on the other with Daddy Tiger Stripe.
C'mon!! You could have done so much better research for India! This is the new design which hasn't even been implemented yet! Check out the classic ones😭
Did bro just rate the most unknown uniform of the Indians? I'm an Indian and I've rarely ever seen those uniforms. Seems like a prototype idk but that's not the normal uniform. Please do it again
