Does it matter that for the 3rd question i put yes because there is 63% of the people on the seats. I worked it out as a percentage?

In first question you write 1/4 below 2/4 times by 2 to get 2/4 , but in second question you write 3/5 below 2/5 .why not 1/5 below 2/5 ? What’s the logic for that? I hope you get me . Thanks

(timestamp 11:57) for the 117 children why is it 1/4?

3/4 of the children had premium seats so that means the remainder had to be 1/4 since 3/4 + 1/4 = 4/4 making it whole (so the 1/4 was 117 children since they were on standard seat).
