Rava Upma it's a southindian dish which is prepared and served when we run out of options for breakfast, lunch or dinner 😉 I am preparing this upma for single serve (one person).
Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Semolina (Upma Rava)
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Tomato
2 Slit Green Chilies
1 Dried Red Chilli
1/4 Tsp Each ( Mustard Seeds, Split Chick peas, Split Black Gramdhal)
1/4 Tsp Asafoetida
5 Sprigs Coriander Leaves
2 Sprigs Curry leaves
1/4 Cup Warm Milk
1 Cup Water
1 Tsp Ghee
2 Tsp Oil
Salt as per taste
