You can tell that weight slightly slowed him down. Probably ran a 4.5 instead of that 4.3, but this isn’t the same young LJ. I think he’s learned to protect himself more and will in the future. But like you said he’ll have more of those 50/60 yards runs we seen from a few years ago. Still had good runs to pick up first downs last season but not those long break away runs from the past. With Henry here LJ will have a lot more open run lanes

Lamar said that extra weight was working on his joints , and agility. Just like if we gain ten pounds you feel it . The way he jukes and takes off i understand it . I wish he would have had a little more weight on him . But he knows what he's doing.. Why was keaton on that list they said he was on the sideline in street clothes.

We've seen LJ in both bodies. I just want him to relax and play his game when the lights are bright at the end of the season

I was saying the same thing, I want him to get consistent with the pass game especially the deep ball, it's time for lamar to step up in the playoffs when it really matters the most!!!....

He surely looked as if he lost more than 1 step last year. Hopefully the loss of weight will make a difference this year.

@BobbyBaltimore I really like Tony Jefferson with out question. This is just my opinion I'm just a fan like many others and die hard Ravens since 96... But however again why not go after Micah Hyde and i apologize for misspelling his name on yesterday. If the news from people who are close and know certain things about Adams when its a negative report..and in my eyes if he has all that going on right now in his career with that type of report its no reason the Ravens should explore him any further because now in my opinion he becomes a distraction to the team, and the organization. None of which the Ravens need. #MicahHyde
