I agree 101% with you - there are so many things like Lasanga/Baked Ziti/ even most soups/stews/chilis - they are so much better the next day ... they need a change to cook, then cool down completely, then chillax in the fridge, AND THEN they're ready. That's one of my biggest problems (and I have many, to be quite honest) with Gordon fuckin Ramsay - he walks into a local bar & grill restaurant, and starts screaming and yelling that the lasagna was made the day before and reheated ... and then he wants the cook in the back to prepare fresh pasta noodles from flour & egg, grow the tomatoes to prepare the sauce, and milk the cow out back to make the mozzarella to go with the fresh basil you surely grew in your bar garden ... Uhh, dude, GTFO , it's actually better that way!
