@lukas9628 if you think he is not on steroids not only do you know absolutely nothing about lifting, you have genuinely zero common sense. If I had to guess I would assume you are 13
I think it's more like... Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: Leg Day Friday, Sunday: Leg X2 Day Wednesday: 'juicing day'... Legs X 2 Saturday: Chest, Arms, Back, Neck, Core(Everything else day)
I squatted 775lbs once eight years ago and I thought my legs were rubber bands after I was done. Once you get 685lbs it’s all brute strength. Kudos to this man
@@strawberryyogurt0 when first went in the gym I was around 250lbs and focused mainly on leg exercises and I started squatting 330lbs and gradually worked my weight up each week. Within two or three months I was able to squat over 600lbs
@@SupaSargeakaQ …. you’re like a genetic beast - over a 3 plate squat when you first started, even at 250-lbs body weight that’s still some heavy weight squat for a beginner. Up to 600-lbs in almost 3 months. That’s almost 300-lbs with 3 months. And I’m here just trying to achieve a 315-lbs squat. Currently with a max 1 rep of 295-lbs (on a good day, on a bad day I fail that rep). I definitely didn’t even touch 135-lbs on the squat when I first started. Been on and off from the gym, but took me forevers to get to 225-lbs. I do high bar ATG real deep squats because I’ve always been comfortable going extremely deep. Never got comfortable go to just parallel -parallel feels just awkward to me.
Everytime I see this gentleman handle this weight like this ,i get excited and so proud to know that my fellow human being has built his self to this level. I would be honored to meet this gentleman and shake his hand. I appreciate your dedication and hard work to reach this level. Awesome Bro keep going 😊
@@safwatnuman4297 He can lift a lot for sure. ....he has a LOT of Visceral BELLYFAT..He's a FUTURE HEART ATTACK waiting to happen! .....No, I bet he can't catch me. He's built like a Strong Bowling Ball. I'd bet money that YOU and MOST GUYS would not want to even look like him.
Easy, steel is in shear. The shear strength of steel is on par to the ultimate tensile strength. Which would be say capable of carrying say 10000 kg way more then a human could ever carry. I'm a Metallurgist.
BUILT BY STEROIDS!😣😣😥😥😥💀💀💀💉💉💉💉💉💉💊💉💉💊💊💊💉💉💊💊💉💉💊 WHEN THEY HAVE GO CLEAN. THEY SHRINK TO LESS THAN HALF THEIR SIZE. IT'S THE DRUGS!! WE NEED TO STOP MAKING HEROES OUT OF STEROIDS CHEATS💣💣💣💉💉💊💉💉💊💊
