They knew that I had nothing to do with it, but, they have to cover all bases. An innocent person doesn’t ask questions about the polygraph test, they just take it.

No lawyer could of saved him. The camera next door and GPS in his truck was all the evidence needed. They were a couple of hours from having dogs search that oil well site if he remained silent, and they would of led them straight to Shanann's grave. They already knew he went straight there, and had found the bed sheet at this point. He wasn't aware of that yet, and thought he was charming this CBI agent. She did a great job playing the part, and not behaving as most people would knowing they were in a room with a monster that just murdered 4 people. I can't believe he never slipped up and spoke in the past. He was very careful and always spoke in the present, and pretend he had hope they'd be found safe. "She IS 15 weeks present", not "she WAS". "The school they go to", not "went to". He had a lot of opportunities to slip up, and let the agent know that he knew they were gone.

You basically have to join up with your race or face doing time in personal alone, joining with the gang is the lesser of the two evils by far. However, given the horrific nature of this crime I have the feeling that mr. Watts is going to be a pariah and no gang would want anything to do with him.
