@@Adam-hi9dhfor anyone who is reading this here's what happened in the video: The accused was waiting in line at the pharmacy while pacing around on his phone. The aggressor comes over and stands in line thinking that the accused is not waiting in line. The accused tells him he was and a verbal dispute starts. The accused disengages and goes back to oacing around on the phone. The aggressor then pepper sprays the accused without reason. He does this again while the accused trues to run away. The accused, now being assaulted, draws his firearm and does not shoot. The aggressor pulls his own firearm and a firefight breaks out. The accused wins. He was never found guilty or not guilty, both trials ended in mistrial and it was decided not to pursue a third so the accused is now free.
That man is innocent. Doesn't take a genius to realize he's telling the truth. That and the surveillance video set him free. I hope he gets his life back together.

Benn had a license for his concealed, and no criminal record. According to witnesses, Colorado pepper-sprayed him first then drew his own concealed and pointed. There were shots fired from both parties. But Colorado (deceased) drew the first weapon.

I've had a situation almost exactly like this. I'm a concealed carrier and some loud mouth got jumpy with me, he bear maced me as I was blinking and seeing quick flashes of him and the people around me I out my hands up over my head cause when I couldn't see the FIRST thing that came to my mind was cover up cause I'm getting jumped or fucked up somehow. I dont know why that's the first thing that came to my mind was I couldn't see I was a easy target at that point. So I Kno EXACTLY how this man felt and was thinking when something like that quick happens... I pulled my gun but didn't pull the trigger because I was seeing other people in the quick flashes of what I could see while blinking cause the burning... Nothing ever became of the situation thank God.. but exactly like this man said I had my permit for 16 years at the time so I kno how to man felt. The IDIOT with bear spray was 1 second away from loosing his life..
